I've never reviewed a mcdonald's before, because frankly, none of them have ever been worth reviewing. With this location is consistently the best customer service. I have never had an inaccurate order, the employees actually make eye contact when you walk in the door and they thank you for visiting. I'll usually place my order before I leave work so that it's ready when I get there and it seems like it's always on queue the second I walk in the door. Im in and out in like 2...read full review
I always look forward to coming to this McDonald’s because of Makenzie! He consistently provides excellent customer service every single time. He’s friendly, professional, and makes sure my order is always correct. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who is so consistently positive and welcoming. Makenzie definitely makes the experience better—give him the recognition he deserves!
