Go out of your way to go somewhere else.
Pulled up to the drive through, was told they'd be right with me. 5 cars through the other lane later, I just pull up to the window to order. Turns out the manager is saying that, then leaving customers hanging.
Waited a reasonable amount of time for the food, but they missed an item, and I didn't notice until I got home. I called the manager to let them know, and told them they need to do better, and he just hung up on me.

Was just in drive-hey lane…they have 2 lanes drive up to empty one, other lane had 3 orders taken and mine was never taken. Parked and went inside to order…the employees were all huddled around the end of a line looking up and joking around, taking about how far behind they were and laughing about making mistakes. I still ordered but let’s see how long this takes…
