Dont waste your money an time to come here. St the drive thru the lady took my order and was very attention of detail. Once received order, was incomplete. I order happy meal x2 with Apple juice, fries and Apple slices. No Apple juice was received and they said i make my order wron. I show them the receipt and told them what I want is showing correctly at the invoice. I order a big Mac and quarter pounder, disaster. Food was cold Alaska. They forget another drink. No straw, napkins. When I talk to Manager she dont accept the mistake even not corrected no matter what I showing the receipt. At the end no Apple juice for my kids and no soda for the others meal/combo. The worst attitude was the manager. She deserve be retrained or fire. This happen on 16 April 2024 at 345pm. If she(manager) and the person at the window give the food dont want to work they better need to find another place to work. That attitude will affect the restaurant. Remember is A Whataburger close to you with better attitude.

This establishment was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in the past 17 years and there were unknown substances on the floor. My beef patty on my McGriddle was practically a piece of charcoal and the employees did nothing about it. They also screwed up my mom's order and they did nothing to fix it.

Artiztik “Angel Eyez” Mind

Request nuggets and fries to be cooked to order, and they never are. I get to the second window to receive my food and ask, is my food hot and fresh? And they all lie straight to my face. This McDonald's is trash. I'm convinced they stay so busy because they're cheap and convenient. Customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Very terrible place and oddly couldn’t find my review so I edited it again so people will see this and know just how petty their management is. This location doesn’t care about people or their PAYING customers. I am glad I edited this because I did call corporate and even they were disgusted in how they choose to handle this. Even the cop who dealt with the situation said that the management did nothing but waste their valuable resources and time in how they choose to handle it. Anyone with a heart will know how pathetic this is too. When the cop didn’t even want to do this…so I ordered McDonald’s for my two teenage nephews, myself and my sister in law and my friend who is staying with us. It was kinda late we had a very long day and McDonald’s was legit behind our house and open 24 hours a day. I ordered a 4 piece Mchicken meal with a 20 piece McNugget and 4 drinks and a share basket of fries. My girlfriend who was staying with us said they would go get it on foot. Place was legit behind our house. So we said ok cool. She got there and saw the lobby was closed. There wasn’t a car in site at the drive thru or anything. So she went up to the last pick up window and said screw it I will just ask there. When she did she was polite and non bilegerent or anything of that nature. The lady than proceeded to say no you need to have a car, so she politely said hey look I’m sorry I don’t have one, the kids are hungry they had track meets and all. The manager than started giving parenting advice saying “maybe we should of fed our kids at a normal time like normal parents do and how normal people have cars and how maybe if she had a car she would be able to pick up food and that this service a luxury for people who actually are productive citizens who can actually afford a car and to get her homeless self out the drive thru” my friend doesn’t lie. I know she didn’t make any of this up. She reacted calmly and way better than I would of. How disgusting. How terrible is this? How dare you even think your better than anyone else to down talk a PAYING CUSTOMER! I paid for this food with my hard earned money! It’s just McDonald’s. Yall get my order wrong when I use my luxurious car to come thru your drive thru any other time I have been there. You could have just been cool, passed over the food and said hey this time fine next time please have a car. You could have done without the down talking, the parenting advice, and the rudeness all together to assume my friend was even homeless. Even than is that how you speak to people? it’s food, just food. You could have just passed it through considering I had proof of purchase. You than told my friend you would be right back; she thought you were getting the food, you called the police instead. Waisting their time over a girl who did essentially nothing wrong, than banned a paying customer away from your restaurant. The cop came and even begged you to let this go and just hand it over, saying she had better things to do, you insisted on pressing those charges and banning your paying customers because we no longer go there either. We would spend maybe 100 a week on yall. You lost us as customers, this didn’t have to go this far, no there isn’t more to this story. The cop even bought food for my nephews and met her back around the corner highly disgusted at how her time was to waisted. Management represents the joint as a whole. Your manager is a heartless snob on a super power trip. There was zero need of that. Just hand over the food even if never again. Your McDonald’s not some 5 star restaurant. You do paying customers like this over food you probably threw out after, nice job. There wasn’t even cars in the drive thru that’s why she attempted to try. What was the big deal and even than was all that necessary? Just hand over the food even if never again. No one I’ve spoken to agrees with how she handled it, not even the cop on the scene liked it and said she would vouche for what happened if we wanted to go further with this. People need to know you treated people. Your move McDonald’s.

If I could give a zero I would. The speaker in the drive thru didn't work correctly, couldn't hear staff. Orders taken in other line taken way before mine. Sat in line for 10 mins just to have order taken. No apologies from staff or managers, only a were working on it. I will no longer come to this place. I will drive further for better service

this location was absolutely disgusting. I went at 2:30 in the afternoon it was not busy. I watched employees scratch their heads with their hands and then put the same fingers in the back of the fry container when delivering them to guests. When they removed this drink machine was filled with mildew and dirt. The floors were disgusting. It took me way too long to get my food. It was all cold. People are going to get sick from this location. It was filthy. They did not give me napkins or straws when I received my drink it was dripping with soda and a pool of soda with overflowing onto my lid. There were employees just leaning and talking. Tables that were disgusting by far and away one of the grossest McDonald’s I have ever been to.
