This place started out ok years ago, then as of the last year they have lost their touch and spark. And the last thing that broke the camels back with me. How can u mess up banana pudding. I got 3 containers I was so excited some real good pudding for once. I got the bacon truffle before it was ok and their dessert haven't been the greatest. And their meals 4 1 person are ok. Could use some more chilli in some and more for what I pay for in these. Back to the pudding how can you have banana pudding and no chunks of banana and your in the south crying out loud. You just use waffers and whip cream and seems like instant pudding boxes. I went to Charlotte tn to country view market and their dessert was home made too and guess what, chunks of bananas good pudding. You owner of nicolettas when u start down grading your products and start skimping on your food people will notice.

The very first time I walked in the bakery and takeaway shop I knew I found a place that we will stick to as long as we live in Clarksville. The entire family and the staff provide outstanding customer service and more. Nicholas and Virginia always take the time to engage with their customers via social media or in person and they make their customers wants and needs their priority. They are good hard working people and make you feel like family. The weekly thoughtful recipes for takeaway are crafted with love and care. Clarksville and Pleasantview are lucky to have them in the area. The food never disappoints.

I just learned about Nicoletta’s last week. I went to the bakery Saturday morning right when they opened and there was already a long line out the door. I was able to get a plethora of items to try and they were all delicious! The pumpkin tiramisu was definitely the stand out though. It is probably the best pumpkin flavored anything I’ve ever had! I’d also like to give a shout out to the wonderful lady working the counter. The bakery was so busy - I felt like I had second hand stress on her behalf, lol - but she remained calm, focused and friendly the entire time. I was super impressed with both her and the food. I’ve already setup an order this week to try out their weekly pickup menu. This place is great!

Picked up my order today at Clarksville takeaway...I've been buying from Nicolettas for about two years now. Never been dissatisfied with food and service is always friendly, fast and accurate. I really appreciate both the takeaway and the bakery! Great job, all!

Love Nicolettas! The jalapeño pimento cheese, southern chicken salad, and any of their fresh green salads are some of my favorites!

Team members might need a refresher on proper food service protocol at the city market location. My sandwhich was taken by someone else, opened, brought back to the window and the cook said to rewrap it & give it to me. Pretty dissapointing after waiting already 20mins for a sandwhich.

Update- you can see the cook disgruntled & mummering in the back because I sent the sandwhich back. It took 30+mins from time of ordering.

I’ve recently discovered Nicoletta’s and OMG wish I had known sooner. Everything is INCREDIBLE. MUST TRY.

Extremely rude when I called about catering for a wedding.Update: them acting like they have never spoken to me is funny and well as the passive aggressive response. owner messaged me incessantly on Facebook after this review as well as went through my pictures and liked older ones from years ago? Very weird and unprofessional behavior. Would never recommend.

Food is always amazing. And they always have a great selection to choose from.
