Noodles and Company

I’ve always enjoyed eating at Noodles & Co. but there issue has been a consistent pattern of inconsistency. I had attempted to order an item that was still being advertised on the menu as just getting back on the menu and they informed me they had already stopped carrying the item. This is just one of many times I’ve anticipated getting something I enjoy from them, but they’ve fallen prey to having a very unstable menu selection. Would love to know I can swing by Noodles & Co. to grab a bite I enjoy, but not worth my time trying to figure out if they even have what I enjoy anymore.

I use to come in this place and eat on and off and never had a problem complaining about my food as it states.. “fresh” ingredients and hot food alllll the time. Well! NOT TODAY. I was on time(early) picking up my food. As I wait til it finishes been prepared. I see this lady sprinkle something in my cup😡🤔WITH NO GLOVES ON!!! Wtheck?? I take my then handed food thinking it’s hot-not. I hate coming home and hoping my food would be good. It’s Nottttt! C’mon ppl. If I paid for it, then at least give me Fresh dang Food! I’m standing here typing this review and looking at this disgusting small plate of food that’s clearly Overcooked. Smdh.. The food used to be fine np and taste fresh and delicious off and on I’d come, whenever, but this is not right. It’s stuck together and the chicken is so so salty and the noodles.. well, they dry. Don’t know what just happened, but this is not ok. I guess my trash can gonna be the one eating this up. And.. that soup.OH MY GOODNESS.

I didn't eat here in person, I only ordered takeout so I don't know if dining in is different but the takeout was not impressive. I paid almost 6 dollars for extra meat and feel like I got less than a full serving. The kids spaghetti tasted like a can of spaghetti ops. The meatballs tasted like they were frozen walmart brand. Idk,I probably won't be back.

The servings are very small for the price and the food was less than mediocre. They spilled my husband’s food all over him and only offered us a wet towel to it clean up and told us not to worry about the floor…..

I went to pick up my order really early in the morning on Sunday at 10:30. The casher was rude. The cooks. We’re looking at me and just staring. They didn’t even say good morning or how can we help you? They were on their phones. Their customer service sucks.

I am absolutely upset
We ordered from here and as we were eating something cut my tongue and I bite down and my teeth clumped something extremely hard . There was a thick piece of glass in my food . Yes a thick piece of glass . This could kill someone ………..I left a message with an employee but no call back . We will be trying again to call . Their food is great I mean great no complaints at all about the food as this is our second time ordering from here but this being in my food ………. Pissed … how careless is this. We still have the piece of glass with the food still on it . If I could take a photo here I would …. We don’t want nothing for this but to warn others and the manager about the carelessness

The employees & food has aways been amazing but that facility is terrible. The tables are always clean but the furniture in there is in bad shape and makes it look dirty. They would bring in more people if they would remodel.

I received my butter noodles and parm. Chicken and the noodles were so dry they were sticking together and my Chicken was overcooked and hard. I have never had an issue before . Very disappointing especially since I live on the other side of town.

Excellent food. Reminds me of the Noodles & Co. in Wichita Kansas... great job!
