Noodles and Company

I had Noodles & Company two weeks ago and ordered the Basil Pesto Cavatappi and it was good! But today I had the Butter noodles with Tofu and Italian seasoning. The noodles weren't cooked fully. The tofu was cooked but a little burnt. The broccoli was ok.

Great food and customer service!

This place is AMAZING!!!! We started ordering delivery from here as we have grown kids and kids who need their naps. They are always prompt, food is never cold, the employees in house and over the phone are wonderful who answer any questions we have had. Just delicious!!!!!!

My wife and I love this restaurant, and just moved here. Food was great, but facility was not clean (bathroom, children’s seats, tables).

First time trying it never again! Got food poisoning from here been vomiting nonstop the lady who served us was very rude

It had been a while since we went and apparently they are under new management. It really shows for the good! The food tastes much fresher compared to before and the restaurant was much cleaner. Definitely plan to go back more!

I really hate to leave a bad review because the staff was super nice, but the food just wasn’t good and everything was extremely salty. Noodles were dry and the sauce was so thin and watery. I’ve honestly had microwaveable pasta meals better than what was served here. Portion sizes were so small for the price. I could have went to a sit down restaurant like Olive Garden and gotten pasta, salad, unlimited breadsticks etc for the same price. I don’t think we will come back, costs too much for what you get and the quality isn’t there.

Ordered near closing time (8:20, closed at 9) and it seemed like literally everything they could’ve done to mess up the order was done. It was unevenly cooked, had a pool of water at the bottom, tasted like it was seasoned with garden fertilizer, and looked nothing like usual. I usually have a decent experience here, but apparently ordering 40 minutes before they close gets you treated like dirt despite being charged the same price as afternoon customers. I probably won’t be eating here again, and have never been more inclined to go to Olive Garden in my life.
Update: I gave myself a case of the munchies, and even when violently hungry and intoxicated, this is terrible, and now I have half-cooked noodles stuck in my teeth that taste, well, terrible.

All the staff members, from the chef to the girl who took our order, were amazing! They made our 9 year old grandson’s birthday, according to him, “The best birthday ever!” They joined in singing with us and made him feel special from the moment he walked in. This was his choice to go to Noodles and Company for his birthday. He made the right choice!
