Love Papa Johns, it's always been my go-to pizza place, but this location doesn't always get everything right. More than once they have forgotten extra sauces I have ordered, if you're going to charge an extra $1 for 1 little sauce cup I expect to get it everytime. Also more than once I have instructed for my pizzas to be well done and they aren't. Actually the last few times they have been undercooked. Otherwise I have no other complaints, they're usually...
Very good food but with basically only one person taking orders and checking you out, it took almost 15 minutes to pick up my pizza and go. A couple in front of me hadn't ordered ahead and had no idea what they wanted! And no one else was using the second register. On a busy night, that's NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Austin made me feel welcome from the beginning to the end of my visit. He made sure my order was just as requested. Sam was busy working hard to ensure the store was nice and clean. maintaining a clean organized work space is very appealing considering food is prepared here. Great customer service and awesome overall experience. Will be returning!
