Cash only at the register. I had a big order but had to use the kiosk. I could visibly see the donuts we wanted but the kiosk didn't show them. I went to the counter to ask for a bathroom key like I'm in preschool needing permission (no signs stating you need to do so,so my child almost had an accident thinking someone was in the restroom) and it took forever to get an employee's attention. Very busy place. It's best to order in the app beforehand and pick up, or make an order on the kiosk right as you walk in. My hubby and I are old-fashioned and ordered right at the counter with the cashier. I don't recommend that-we waited for a while. But the food is always yummy!

Service could use some improvement. There were six workers behind the counter, and all were busy carrying out their tasks. However, customer service training should include the necessity of acknowledging the customers when they approach the counter, even just to say "Hello, will be with you in a moment." Most of the staff put effort into not making eye contact.
