The lady was rude, she watched her kids while at work. I’m assuming family owned. My boba was nasty. It had no ice. The food was horrible. She also gave us wrong order. Unprofessional atmosphere. Don’t recommend.

Great place for Harry Potter themes. Great service and everything to go with it like the coffee and frappes made this a great stop.

It was decent but one of the employees was staring at my breasts and it made me really uncomfortable. I kept catching him and he wouldn't stop..

Favorite coffee shop in Clarksville. Beverages are fantastic (that Blue Butterfly lemonade will make your dentist rub their hands with anticipation, but TOTALLY worth it) and the family behind this business genuinely care about their people. They also use their location as a storefront for local businesses- allowing them to sell their goods under Ravenwood's name- everyone wins with these great folks!

I went there for a few hours for a study date with my friends! I ordered a medium caramel blended frappe ($6.01), while it was good, it was very sweet. The service was okay! Nothing much to say about it :)The atmosphere was alright, mostly everyone there left each other alone ^_^They gave us the WiFi password and also let us use their outlets, would go again

First time in this place has been great. I ordered a chia tea and it was one of the best I've had. They also have nondairy options if you have good sensitivities. They were out of the muffins we had wanted so we tried a different kind. The banana ones were ok but they do taste store bought. They have lots of little things to keep kids busy like colors and paper, play dough, blocks, ect. So it is pretty kid friendly aside from the menu. They don't have a lot for kids to eat or drink.

Definitely was not my thing. Black walls and ceiling definitely made the "Gothic" vibe a real thing but the coffee was just ok and the decor was odd. Didn't like being harassed by the tarot card reader while I was waiting for coffee. If you're into this then you'll probably love it .. just not for me. Cake pops immediately fell off the stick and tasted like play dough ?

This place abuses their friends, family and significant other, you’re a horrible person for abusing someone and jumping them as well and leaving them with nothing, your business will definitely be in trouble. I hope your business crumbles and I hope you don’t see the light of day someday, you don’t deserve love and your business for sure doesn’t deserve money, you talk about employees and your significant other when you’re off the clock. Don’t even try and delete this review y’all definitely have more coming your way. YOU ABUSER! Don’t even call it spreading misinformation you know what you did MARK especially with your no life husband too to a good person.

Great vibe and fun staff. I also saw the owners give a gift to customers who are in their often when I was there. This place genuinely appreciates and care for their customers. The flavors of their drinks were super on point, not like the sugar filled gunk you get at starbucks. If you appreciate subtle natural flavors, I highly recommend the teas on their menu. I only wish the place was larger as it would be a great place to have a dnd session without being in the only large table for a long time, preventing other customers from using it.

I love the whole vibe in there. From the people to the asthetics. The coffee tastes amazing. No matter what I order, I'm never disappointed.

I'm normally not the kind of person to post a bad review on a local business, but I feel that others should be warned. I was asked to be a vendor for Ravenwood back in October 2022. I brought an assortment of my handmade items in and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, it was a mess to try and get information about the status of my items after taking them there. A couple months after I had dropped them off, I had to inquire multiple times on if anything had sold or what my inventory looked like to get an update. Some of my inventory was also lost so I was told it was stolen and only received half of my only payout I've ever received for my items. The last time they have contacted me about anything at all was in January of 2023 and it is now August 2023, which means if the rest of my inventory sold, they pocketed the funds and never gave me my share for it being my handmade products. I have decided that I am no longer worried about receiving my money or the inventory that I had there because it was so much of a hassle to get in touch with the store and have them contact me back, but I do think other potential vendors should be aware so they don't have to take the same loss that I did. I can't comment on their service as a shopper, but I can say my experience trying to be a vendor with them was disappointing.

Super cool Harry Potter themed shop right by base. Coffee is great, my kids love the lemonade and the butter beer. There’s a bunch of different drinks so I try something new everytime and the people are all super nice there.

I absolutely love this artisan coffee shop. The atmosphere and staff are fantastic. They go above and beyond. The decor and vibe is fun and there's art and local creators and small businesses!! I adore this shop and the owners really know how to create new drinks, they have so many interesting drinks created in this shop. They are coffee guru's man. I definitely suggest them. A+++ serviceDietary restrictions: They have so many options for someone who struggles with dairy.

I found this Harry Potter themed coffee shop and thought that it looked promising. Unfortunately it was too good to be true. The latte that I purchased was overwhelming sweet, and yet still managed to taste burnt. The person running the register was nice, but I could hear the other employees discussing personal matters (loud enough that I felt uncomfortable listening in).
