Seating/greeter lady did not seem to be adequately trained. She could not bring up my reservation without the help of two other people. I Intentionally ordered my appetizer well before I ordered my meal to help ensure that my meal would be brought out after I had adequate time to finish most of my appetizer. The kitchen was backed up so the appetizer took a while, but not to worry, my meal was served within a few minutes of my appetizer arriving ensuring that I did not have time to consume much of my appetizer. My server was excellent. She saved the day as far as my experience.

Our server was Ebony, and saying she was perfect wouldnt do her justice. We felt at home, like we belonged there. From keeping our drinks filled, to not missing any details, to making sure everything was perfect for us, she took care of us like we were good friends visiting.
Coming from someone who's worked in restaurants for over 20 years, Ebony is a real gem, a shining star that I wish there were more of.

Red lobster food is fire. But the red lobster in clarksville is in dire need of repairs and a face lift. Foods exspensive.
Just tried to eat here. The entire restaurant is empty. And the waitress sits some loud. Monster family next to us. I immediately left. This is rude. I can't even hear my kids infront of me talk the whole restaurant is empty. Why crowd the only family there. The foods not cheap. The place looks like shit already. Why. Get better game or close

Took my daughter there for a late lunch. Had the soup, salad, and biscuits. Soup was okay. Daughter loved her shrimp. Was nice and quiet but probably because went late in the afternoon. Server was nice and attentive.
Our waitress Kaylee was absolutely amazing and actually perfect in every way. She was so pleasant, prompt, customer service top of the line!!!!

We just love our local Red Lobster! The staff is super friendly and always so nice. Cookie was our host, she always makes a point to ask how we are doing and about our day. Our favorite server is Summer. She doesn't mind us making adjustments on our food and rembers what we like so is helpful with suggestions on things we would like. Summer let us know the Cook is Anthony and we want to compliment his great cooking. Everything is always hot, fresh, and just the way we like it. The manager, Thomas often walks through and stops and says hi to everyone too.

I had made a to go order online and had ordered the lobster dip. when I got home, i saw that the container of the dip was fairly small, which at first I was like okay. then once I had opened the container there was less than half of the container that was filled with the dip!! I know seafood, especially lobster tends to be expensive but I paid 15$ for an appetizer that was barely even filled in the container. I definitely feel cheated from this restaurant, and as my first time even ordering from a red lobster, this deters me from ever coming again.
