New to Clarksville, and it was my first barbecue stop. All I ordered was real good. However, the smoke mac & cheese was not smoked they were runny. However, the the ribs were tender and the wings were smoked to perfection. The brisket had a good flavor, but not as tender and juicy as the ribs and chicken. The greens were tender and the baked beans were delicious. The place is spacious with a lot of potential. The staff/cook was pleasant.

The puked pork was amazing I had it with a side of Mac and the beans. The mac N cheese was baked with love and very flavorful, the beans had onions peppers and meat in them and was easily my favorite.My wife had pretty much the same order except she had the brisket, her only complaint was there was too much fat on the brisket (I ate the fat for her?)We both ate a side of wings and they were cooked to a crisp perfection we could taste the seasoning all the way to the bone.

Being from Texas it's tough to find good brisket, but Smoove's delivered! The brisket plate was excellent. The smoked mac & cheese was very good, but could have used some extra smoke time. The baked beans and greens were pretty good as well. Will definitely be returning to try out the other meat options. Stamp of approval - check! ✔️
The vibe is cool here but staff move slowly and have a attitude sometimes. Lately every time I order they out of stuff. The baked beans were awful. The collard greens were good just a little under cooked. Whomever smokes their chicken is a grilling/smoking god!! The flavor of the meat is always so delicious. And it's smokes to the bone.. It's juicy every time I get it.. Clarksville really doesn't have much soul food.. Smooves is close to home for me and better than the rest I have tried here.
While the bbq wasn’t bad the sides were horrible…one they didn’t have greens although it was a menu item…the plate was suppose to come with tea or water I got neither. The coleslaw tasted like straight vinegar, the baked beans tasted like chili, the potato’s in the potato salad had no flavor and the entire thing tasted like they only used mustard for the dressing. I’ve been sitting here extremely disappointed that I paid $35 for this ?. The people I encountered where nice tho…Also, if you’re going to serve the sauce on the side you gonna have to give more than them little cups. 2 stars because atleast the meat was decent

Absolutely trash. The brisket was the worst I've ever had we got more fat than meat and it was extremely dry the sauce tasted like pure vinegar the beans where still hard and the chicken was raw.

I love this place. The pork is awesome. The mac and cheese is one of a kind. You cant beat the price of the lunch sacks for the amount of meat they give you. I go to work real early and I always see them out smoking. This to me is the best bbq I have ate in Clarksville. I will continue to go and enjoy.Update: 4 years later I am still eating here and enjoying it. Made a quick stop today and got some wings and a pork plate. One word sums it up…Yummy!
