100% love the upgrades this Steak and Shake have gone through. Everyone was kind and attentive. Food was exceptional and fresh. Felt like everyone enjoyed actually working there instead of getting the feeling that they HAD to work there. Management is definitely doing an outstanding job and in this environment, in this town, that screams major success. Great job, look forward to visiting again.

Our Stake N Shake at home shut down, so our youth group was able excited to stop! This was the cleanest Stake N Shake I have been to in a really long time. Everyone was really friendly and polite.

We went in to have a quick lunch and it was anything but quick. The service was extremely slow and they weren’t busy. The tables were dirty with some still having things on them. We had to wait for someone to clean a table and then we had to ask if they were going to actually wipe the table down. She turned and went to get a rage and wiped it off quickly. Ordered a salad with no croutons and got a salad with croutons. The person who brought the salad suggested taking the croutons off and I told her Celiac doesn’t work that way. We would have left but we only had so much time for lunch we were scared of running out of time. Not again!

There was limited interaction with any staff members. We came in and no one was there to show us that we needed to order via kiosk, there were also no signs. Then when we got our drinks, there was no person or signage to indicate that we needed to scan our receipt to get a drink. While we were there, 4 other people had the same issue that we did. The food was delicious, but it was really sad that there was NO ONE to help us and also no signage

The steak burger was barely a burger at all. Basically a sliver of meat and pickles on a bun. The service was non-existent because you have to order at a kiosk now. Then they call your number and you go up and get it and take it to your table yourself. Not at all like it used to be. No wonder they're going out of business.

Still a good spot, but definitely not the same as it was a few years ago. They’ve changed the setup—there’s no longer table service. Now you place your order at the counter, and they call your name when it’s ready.

That said, the facility was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The shakes are still amazing—definitely a highlight! While we miss the old vibe, it’s still a solid place to grab a meal.

Food is great, beef fries are awesome! What really made it awesome here was the entire crew and the manager were so helpful. Wish I got their names but will definitely be coming back here many times.

Remember back when you could come in and sit down for a meal as a family at steak-N-shake those days are gone miss it so didn't give high marks for this reason

Update
I have now deleted the app. I will not order. There were rude, made me come back to the store to return a sandwich that they messed up. And then try to give me an extra sandwich. When I got there no sense rude on the phone. That they hang up on me. Don't do it.

The food was good and the service was great. The young folks working here were very helpful and kind. We will likely come back.
