The atmosphere has totally changed. You order from a kiosk that prints you a QR code that you need for the soda machine to work. They call your number for you to come get your food which has gone down in quality as well. And, when you order the food, they still want a tip. I will never go again .

Even though I’m disappointed in the fact steak and shake inc. has gone all electronic I was EXTREMELY pleased with service and food and everything in between! I don’t think any of the staff was over 30 and they did absolutely amazing! Everyone was person, attentive and so nice! Even took the time to wipe off a kids juice box for us without us asking ! Will absolutely be back!

Weird to say, but I have not been there in years. Overall, the employees helped me with the new devices because I was lost trying to fill my cup up lol! Overall, the food is still good and I still love that place!

I ordered delivery directly from the Steak and Shake website and am so glad I did. My burgers needed customization and the website was only way to make it happen. Before I placed the order, I called and spoke to an excellent employee who took my name and special instructions promising to watch for the order it as it came through to make sure my in instructions were carried out. The food was delivered hot, delicious and exactly as I had ordered! Thank you phone person, the folks who prepared the food and the delivery person. You all worked together very well. Tom

Our favorite burger restaurant! Great burgers and fries at a great price. We also got onion rings and they were THE BEST!!! They also go out of their way to provide exceptional service.

Found the restaurant very clean and the food hot and delicious. The shakes were served in tall glasses which was a great touch. It’s sad that there is no longer table service. But the staff were friendly and the food came out quickly.

Good as always. The only thing I don't care for is scanning your receipt for drinks, but I do understand why they do it. Also, I would like more staff interaction. I'm not for all this antisocial atmosphere.

First time in and the food was very small. Burgers are small like the size of a cheese burger at McDonald's. The wife wanted cheese fries and she barely got any fries like half the size of a small fry from McDonald's. Definitely not worth the 28 bucks. If you want a good burger and fries go to Freddy's. Bigger portions and way cheaper.
