I was really impressed with the manager today. I ordered several items with no cheese. After we sat down and started eating, he brought out a replacement for one of the items and said, "I'm not sure but I may have put cheese on that burrito, here is a fresh one with no cheese."While we were there, a delivery driver came in to pick up a customer order. They were out of one item, so he told the delivery driver to call the customer and see what they might want instead - "anything on the menu, we'll make it right for them."That level of customer care is truly impressive!Dietary restrictions: They do well leaving off the cheese and sour cream when ordering through the app

First of all I stood there for 10 minutes before I heard that they were going to start working on my order, after another 14 the kid brought it up, I had to tell him what came with the boxes, I also Said that I needed the 12 cinnabons I ordered, she needs the 2 cinnabons she ordered, no, the 12. Oh the 12. Instead of helping the kid, who was very polite get my order out, people after me were getting there's. This is twice now that this has happened at this taco bell. Tiny town Rd. I will never go back, I will never recommend, and when I go I always spend over 40. Saves me cash I will make my own.

Shonda was great, she was so sweet and kind. Food was great, thanks to the guys in the back. The girl with pink hair who rolled her eyes at me when I asked to add to my order needed a hug. Shonda’s sweetness made up for that.

Update: Left because girl keep telling new employee not to take our order at the counter. She was rude and she took an order previous without putting a label as another crew member had just asked her. She was extremely rude and not working and creating confusion.Oh my God. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They weren't busy. No one drive-thru, nobody inside, and 3 employees lounging in the lounge. Nobody to take order so used kiosk, but only had cash, took forever for any employee to acknowledge us (they made eye contact, but ignored us). They just left food on the counter without tell us if it was everything or not, and the employees when all the way to back of the kitchen to talk and were looking right at us while doing so. Then it took over an hour to get our food and it was still wrong! They crushed the tacos by putting them on the bottom. No guacamole on nachos. They also didn't put the any of the cinnamon twists in. It was also extremely messing in the cooking area. Trash all over the floor. Don't go here. Huge waste of time and money.

I see a lot of bad reviews here, but my experience was great. Went through the drive through and the girl was polite and friendly . My food was out quickly and they didn't skimp on the meat at all! Not sure who worked today at 5pm on 02/07/24 but you guys got it just right. Thanks!

Ordered a crunchwrap...it was black and chard. The bowls are always hit the spot. But the tacos were put in the bag upside down. So the tacos were not wrapped so I had taco all over the bottom of the bag. It was fast, professional cashier, warm food. Just check your crunchwrap and make sure it's not burnt before you leave and your tacos are in the wrap.

If quality of food and service could get any lower it would be served from the dumpster by a raccoon and two rats. Food was cold, rice was crunchy, chips were old and stale, good luck reaching someone via phone. And now they don't even have to speak to you to take your order or your money.

Ordered order throughuver and I got a large fry thing with the cheese and I also got a chips and cheese in my cravings box and both things of cheese barely had any cheese in them. I can see the bottom of my cheese container through the cheese man... Not only that but I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with sour cream instead of ranch. I don't like ranch. And I ordered it on Uber eats so the cheesy gordita Crunch itself was like $5.30 or so and the added sour cream was an additional dollar or something and Uber eats only refunded me like four bucks. So I'm down over $2 for an item that grosses me out because it not only had a ranch on it, but it had a lot of ranch on it. When I called because I wanted to say something... it's not like I can leave to get my order fixed but it a consistent problem ..they answer the phone as if they were Whataburger. Everything else in the bag is freezing cold and dry. My fries were stale I had to heat them up in the microwave and I'm sitting at work wishing that I wouldn't have ordered Taco Bell at all. I'm literally sitting at work I can't take it back or anything.. it is what it is, unfortunately. But I wasted money.I ordered from that Taco Bell because it's supposed to be the good one in town. The one over there by the Walmart is really bad and I'm about to just quit Taco Bell altogether. I don't even eat it that much. whenever I do it because I really want it and I crave it and every time I order it it's so bad that I'm resentful and it's just a miserable experience.I ordered it as a treat to myself because I never order that stuff and I'm starving and every time I break down and I order it I always get disappointed. My food is always either cold, made wrong, or just stale and sad, or all of the above. People just don't care about quality anymore.I think this is finally the last Taco Bell order I'll ever order. The only thing consistent about Taco Bell is that if you know you're going to order something from Taco Bell then you know it's going to be terrible..I'm also going to tell everybody I know not to order Taco Bell here in Clarksville because every one of them is bad now. If you're craving Taco Bell your best bet actually is to not go to any of the ones in town because you're not going to get what you're craving. That ain't Taco Bell. Thats incorrectly made cardboard.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Speed of service was not existent. Rude employees. The lack of customer service was ridiculous. Seems like this place needs to have corporate come and either retrain or get rid of those employees. November 19th 2023 at approximately 7:30 pm. MANAGEMENT CHECK THE SCHEDULE AND HAVE SOME CONSEQUENCES FOR THISE WORKING THIS NIGHT.Every customer inside and the drive through this night had an issue. 100% disappointment doesn't even deserve 1 star

Spent 43.00 and didn't get half my order! Called the store and employee was rude and said their was not their problem and that their is nothing that they could do for me. I am a GM of a fast food place and this is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate about this location.

This Taco Bell location hates you, and I want everyone reading to know that. You know how you can taste the love in grandma’s cookies? I could taste the hatred like it was “cooked” with the intention of ending my happiness’s career. This place got it wrong on EVERY level. How do you even DO that? The atmosphere didn’t exist, just like your favorite superhero. The order was incorrect. The food tasted like I was chewing on a World War I trench foot. The sweet tea was old and sour. I got overcharged for things that never showed up in the bag. What could have been a simple sauce substitution was instead an additional charge for more of the original sauce I didn’t want in the first place.Just have at least ONE good quality. Mess up my order but the food is hittin’? OK. Mess up my order and have kinda bad food but you have amazing customer service? I can work with that.I’m 99% sure that this location drove to the dumpster of another location and brought the food back so that they didn’t have to make or check anything. It’s a miracle I’m still alive to type this.As a matter of fact, I think I’m gonna quit my job and get addicted to something on the streets just to retroactively make this visit feel like less of a mistake than it was by comparison.1/5 Do NOT recommend. First time last time. Still ate the food like the self-loathing poor son of a gun I am.

It’s a Taco Bell… they receive their meat in a bag from the factory. They have openly admitted to the taco meat being only 35% beef and the rest of the product is soy. They used to be cheap but now their combo meals are around $10-$15. You can do better at one of the many sit down Mexican food restaurants which will sell you a fajita, beans, and rice at lunch for $10 which will taste a million times better.Taco Bell food is highly processed and is put together like a factory. But some people want that factory taste for the nostalgia factor. I would recommend two places nearby. Next to Publix is Guacamole which may have mediocre food but is still 10x better than Taco Bell and has cheaper prices in many respects. There is also a Taco truck usually in the parking lot of O’Reilleys nearby which takes better pride in its food.Dietary restrictions: Ask the staff to make anything on the menu Fresco and they will automatically remove any cheese or calorie laden sauce for a much lighter fresher tomato salsa. This reduces the calories of each item significantly.
