Taco Bell, a popular fast-food restaurant, has received a mix of reviews from its customers. Recently, some diners have praised the exceptional customer service, noting that the staff is friendly and that the food is fast, fresh, and delicious. One customer expressed gratitude for this Taco Bell being a bright spot in their Sunday. The introduction of AI for orders has significantly improved order accuracy, with customers reporting that their meals are now 100% what they ordered. However, there are still concerns about service quality, especially during late hours. One customer expressed disappointment with their experience, stating that they felt let down by the service despite understanding that the staff might be tired. The restaurant is also noted for its ability to accommodate dietary restrictions, such as leaving off cheese and sour cream when requested.
