This is the cleanest location I’ve ever been to. Like ever. Friendly folks, and food was fresh and hot when I got there.

Stopping thru town on our way home and got some dinner. Right from the get go it seemed like how dare we not order off the app. Got the food and sat down the typical 15 to 20 min wait witch is normal but then the food came out in bags like ok get out. As we sat there we had to listen to the staff complain about thier shifts scheduled then 3 of the staff from the back came out and ate but thier food was on trays so I know they have them. It just seemed like we were a pain for not ordering on the app and waiting to dine in.

I wish I could give 1/2⭐️ rating. I have tried to eat from this location a few times now and the taste of the food declines more and more each time. I thought if I would try again later on down road it would get better but NOOOOOOO.I called to complain to management and she was VERY unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and ignorant. No matter how polite I spoke or how calm I remained I could get her to change her attitude that she had for no apparent reason.I will continue to go to the other locations if I want Wingstop. They have better food and better staff. They could’ve kept this new location. Ridiculous

I was only for 11 mins. I sent someone up there that lives behind the place and they noticed the phone was off the hook and half the staff was on break. Customer service has went out the window he girl that answered the phone could have stated that it’s going to be a while as there is limited staff. I would have respected that but to not say anything and take the phone off the hook is ridiculous

CHECK FOOD BEFORE LEAVING! I ordered a 7 piece tender for dinner, didnt eat all day and was looking foward to it, and when i got home i was missing one. I called saying they i had a missing tender and if i can just add it next visit or remake the order, they said they cane remake that single tender and i can pick it up. I live just about 20-25 minutes away, i should not have to waste time and gas to pick something up that SHOULD’VE been already in the bag.

Very disappointed with my experience. I called to place an order, and the cashier put me on hold for 9 minutes. When I called back, she answered immediately and took my order, which made it clear she wasn’t actually busy during the first call. She told me the food would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived 31 minutes later, it still wasn’t ready. Her attitude toward customers was rude and cocky, and the delay made me leave without even taking my order because I was in a rush. Poor service from start to finish.

Busy location. Your to go order is going to take 20-25 minutes at minimum. But the food is on par with locations I’ve tried across the country. They sometimes have meal deals so you can save money if you order creatively.

Was 1 out of 3 people in the store was the first to order and the other 2 got there food before I did and I proceeded to wait 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and some fries with the chicken sandwich being cold as well as the fries like they kept it in the back packaged and forgot about it horrible service as well as lackluster food would not recommend

That said, the wait time can be frustrating. Even with online orders, it’s not uncommon to wait 20+ minutes past the estimated pickup time. Worth it if you’re not in a rush, but be prepared to wait

Store is grosser thank any restaurant I've ever been in in my entire life.. I've ordered deliver from here 7 times now. And everything single time its wrong. I brought my food back. I asked for hot honey tenders and got plain boneless wings. The girl at the counter told me it was my fault the order was wrong because it was rush hour and I should know better and refused to fix the wrong order despite having a receipt
