My friend and I Bill went there for a quick bite and a drink it was pretty good...

Server need better training. I ordered a chicken salad and soup. My daughter a kid hamburger. It took all most 30 mins for the food to come out. I was the only one sitting in the dinning at the time . Few people at the bar. So they where not busy. For to take that long. I expect the sever didn't put our order in right away. When I did get the food. My salad was wrong one. It one that had spices I couldn't do. So had to be sent back for the one I order. Server said all the salad buttons look like the same. That tells me she doesn't know how to ring oders in right. Then when I got the check . She had still charged me for the salad I didn't order. It was $15.50 something. When the salad I ordered was 12.99. Had have that fixed. Managers didn't seem to care that she messed up so much.

Sarah, Bailey and Noah are the best! I will always come back once a week or more. Food is always fresh and amazing!

We ordered the burgers with fries . OH my goodness the fries were cold and just reheated. When I spoke with the waitress she just said I’ll let the cook know I’m like you need to let the manager know. Later she came back after we ate the burger which was so so, said the cook said he would remake them . Well I already ate my burger! Then said next time when you come in to see her and she will make sure they r cooked hot & fresh. It shouldn’t be that way you shouldn’t have to tell someone they should always be that way ! This is the 2nd time I been I been in there in 2 months and food service was horrible , I’m done paying for lousey food !

Went to eat lunch and me and my aunt ordered the new grilled cheese burger and the fries were super cold and not fresh very un acceptable and our waitress was not very helpful we are not impressed and it wad not busy in here either and it took forever to bring our food out

My adult children took me to Applebee's for my birthday. We ordered our food slightly after 9: pm. My daughter and I ordered the chicken tenders. They were terrible dry and didn't seem like chicken tenders at all. Fries were soft and stuck together on plate. Terrible dinner and we both left most of it on plate. Yes, we did stay alittle longer talking and it went over closing time. We regret that but when the closing manager walked over to our table with a attitude and said, it is 40 some minutes after closing now and I want to go home, that was it for my family. I know we were to leave at closing but her last remark that she wanted to go home was rediculous., so unprofessional. There were about 4 men at the bar drinking and eating something and she didn't tell them what she told us. Maybe because she was making more off the liquor than she was us. When applebees first opened after the fire, we started going there and were pleased but since then, things have really gone down hill. It was a Thursday night, not many folks there to begin with. You need to value your customers and make better food because you don't have many coming in and soon even less, like my family. Real dissatisfied. Your loss.

She wouldn't let us sit in a booth because it was an hour before closing.

We were greeted at the door with menus and silverware ready to be seated, food was fasted and very good. Drinks were also quick and well made. Jade was our waitress and she was very attentive. We will definitely be back!!!

We come here very often. We have normal waiters or waitresses that we use. One is jade, she is great. Another Haley, she is wonderful. The last one is Anthony ( will never use again). On one of our dinners here we used Anthony for service. Normally he does a great job. Yes, we usually tip very well because he does a great job. Well the last time, we couldn't tip as much as we hoped due to a higher bill than normal. Tonight we are here again. Anthony is also here. However, he has refused to take our table because he is upset about the last tip that he got.... Last time I checked, it was called customer service. Clearly he doesn't have any Tonight. Thats really upsetting that he wants to act this way just because he didnt get the tip that he wanted last time. Its ok, the gentleman that we have Tonight Noah will get his tip. We were going to make it up to him this evening with an even larger tip. But I guess he wants to feel some type of way about it... Thats fine. We will never ask for him again. This is really disappointing.

Came after a long shift at work with some of my friends, service was phenomenal, food was delicious, and our waitress Haley was amazing!!!!! She had a trainee who was also very sweet, the two ladies were very patient and friendly, joking and having a good time with us and made our night!!! these two deserve to be recognized!!! Thank you Haley!!
