My wife ordered dinner for herself her husband and my son, everything was perfect, we even thought it was funny when they misspelled the name on the bag, I'm a big guy so I ordered two sandwiches. I had a horrific experience at the other Arby’s in Cleveland. The manager at this location went above and beyond to help resolve the issue, when she didn’t have to. I will drive the extra 15 minutes from now on to visit this location. Thank you, Erica!
