Unfortunately this place is going downhill. 75% of The staff is bland and have no emotion, multiple times I have ordered drinks and they made it wrong and when I told them it was incorrect they always look at me and say “sooooo do you want it different orrrr?…..” Like yes I want what I paid for.

A Gem of a Coffee Shop
Yesterday, my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting Cleveland Coffee & Market, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon entering, we were immediately impressed by how impeccably clean and well-maintained the space was. The ambiance is incredibly quaint, comfortable, and welcoming—a perfect setting to relax, chat, and enjoy great coffee.
The enticing aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, creating an irresistible urge to explore their impressive variety of coffee options. We were greeted by Elle, a delightful barista whose warm smile and expert recommendations truly elevated our visit. Her enthusiasm for coffee was evident, and she kindly suggested her own personal coffee blend and recipe, which we decided to try.
Let me just say, it exceeded all expectations—absolutely delicious! We couldn’t help but let Elle know how much we loved it. Her attentive service and passion for her craft left a lasting impression.

went today around 11:30am to try out this place, i usually go to Lasater’s but i thought i would try something different today. Very cute interior! great vibes inside, i could see it being a very nice environment to work or study.However the barista i dealt with was one of the rudest baristas i have ever encountered. It was a girl with short blondish hair and glasses.I frequent a lot of local coffee shops and i have never had someone so rude to me. I asked if they carried oatmilk (because i have been to shops that either carry no non dairy alternatives or only soy/almond) this girl snickered at me and rolled her eyes and say yes they do. I was trying to decide what i wanted, and she didn’t offer any suggestions or bother conversation at all. Then i looked at the board behind her and i saw the sizes (Sm, Med. Lrg.) and i guess i was looking at the wrong thing, because when i ordered i asked for a large iced oatmilk honey bear latte and this girl snickered AGAIN and said “we only have two sizes” to which i said “…which are?” and she just pointed to a stand next to me that i didn’t see before (my bad i guess) that had 12 oz and 16 oz. i ordered a 16 oz and waited on my drink. i was brought a 12 oz after all of that. they did remake it but i had to wait another 10 minutes for my drink. Most likely won’t be returning, unfortunate because it’s such a cute place.

I had the Valentine hot chocolate with strawberry whipped cream, and my son had a toasted marshmallow hot chocolate. Both were really delicious! We also had their mini cheesecakes, which we also enjoyed. Staff was very kind and we felt welcomed. We will definitely be back to try more of their flavored drinks!

They only get a four on food because it’s not their focus. They don’t really have much in the way of food but their bagels are really good! Plain but really good! The coffee is wonderful! The atmosphere and the baristas are always great. It’s very chill and comfy with kind and thoughtful employees. I love it there!

Stopped in for a drink and got a Honey Bear iced latte. Delicious and not too sweet! Enjoyed the atmosphere and location. I’ll have to come back and try their pop up Chikfila breakfast sometime.
