Had lunch with family. Our waiter was phenomenal! Food was good. Company even better 😉I had the Cuban sandwich with some fried green tomatoes as my side. Yummy!

Big Tom’s Backyard Grill & Bar is a solid spot in Cleveland. The atmosphere is fun and casual, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is usually good

It claims it offers a no smoking section but it wasn't enforced the night we ate there. We sat on the patio

We ordered the nachos through grubhub and there was not an ounce of meat on the nachos. I called the restaurant and the girl that answered the phone said “get a refund through grubhub”. Well we were repeat customers but not now.

Mediocre. You should never ever serve a sandwich ($11 to add) to a customer with a bun smashed completely flat with the fingerprints in it, and a chicken breast hard like a hockey puck. Unappealing and makes Bad business. I wish I would have taken a picture of it to post. Won’t be back.

This used to be our favorite place to eat, but they have changed so much the food is not worth the price anymore. If we are close by it is convenient but other than that we go somewhere else. Night life is ok if you like a LOUD drunken environment-not our cup of tea.

Had complete order wrong, when we brought back the food to remake, the owner stated they couldn't do that or they would loose money. Fail on all aspects. We just wanted what we paid for, nothing else. You lost us as customers for life.

Food is horrible, and service is even worse. It seems like you have to be with the in crowd/friends to get waited on.

Went there with family and enjoyed the experience. There’s a little something for everyone. We had appetizers of fried pickles and fried mushrooms, both come with ranch dipping sauce. One companion ordered the catfish basket with Mac ‘n cheese. They said it was okay. They did like the fish. I got the foot long with onion straws—that’s not what they are called. The hot dog was grilled and came with onion, and chili sauce. The chili sauce wasn’t my favorite, but it was tasty. The wiener had a great flavor. Your choice of hot or regular slaw—-get the hot! It’s not blow out your gut hot, just a nice bite that goes really well with the hotdog. There were Philly tacos that looked really good. Three came on the meal with a choice of side. Okra was chosen—it was frozen, but still crispy and tasty. The Cuban sandwiches looked really good, too, and they also came with a choice of a side.
Service was pretty solid. She was very pleasant, but a little slow.
The portions are enormous! I ate maybe an 1/8th of the hotdog, but the appetizers could also be to blame. Prices were par. There is covered patio seating, but as far as we were concerned, the heat was too disrespectful for all that. Since I suspect we’ll return, perhaps it will be cool enough to try the patio.

Went Sunday for bbq ribs. No bbq ribs or regular brisket. Disappointed. Had bbq poutine instead. It was good, just not ribs.
Son had a burger and he loved it.
Waitress was great.
