Best cupcakes in the whole area! This place is a must go! If you are looking for cupcakes, candy, cookies, anything sweet they got it! HUGE selection! The cupcakes are something you would see on tv shows, where they look perfect and you can see they made them with experience and heart and they taste DELICIOUS!🤤. I come to get cupcakes here and no where else. Always recommend them!

Billie’s sweet treats is by far my favorite! I have tried so many cupcake/cake places in Cleveland/chattanooga but they go above and beyond. The cupcakes taste absolutely incredibly, and you can tell they are made with excellence and love at the same time.
