Billie’s sweet treats is by far my favorite! I have tried so many cupcake/cake places in Cleveland/chattanooga but they go above and beyond. The cupcakes taste absolutely incredibly, and you can tell they are made with excellence and love at the same time. The baker here definitely LOVES what she does, you can tell by the way the cupcakes taste. I 100% will be coming back here for any cakes or cupcakes I need!
