PROS: The food
CONS: This establishment has closed its Colony Square location but hasn't updated their FB page to reflect this. Moreover, when we ordered food from them, that fact wasn't mentioned, thereby sending us on a wild-goose chase to pick up our food. The FB page gave different hours of operation for the truck versus the Colony Square location. When we ordered our food, no one answered the phone, even after several attempts. We finally sent a text message, having been unable to leave a voicemail. The person who took our order didn't inform us about the closure, and we wasted a trip across town to a closed place.
RECOMMEND?: If you choose to eat here, show up in person. Don't waste your time trying to call ahead. The food is very good, but they need a better system for taking orders, and they need to update their FB page.

Just ate here for the first time. The new location is very convenient. I had the loaded rooster and it was fantastic. Love all the fresh ingredients and chicken breast. The staff are absolutely wonderful!

The most delicious biscuit with chicken, gravy, egg, & cheese!!!! It was very difficult to find as they are having a hard time updating their address on Google & they aren't able to leave any permanent signs on their building. But the food was worth the difficulties.

Tried a free sample during the Downtown Dine Around. The owners had organized a beautiful buffet-style setup with fresh fruit, assorted cheeses, and their scrumptious biscuits. Very pleasant atmosphere, and authentic Southern mamaws' cooking. ? Like a warm hug on a plate. Would go again.

This was such a cute little place. They were so friendly and the food was absolutely outstanding. That's the best traditional gravy I've ever had and the peach tea was super sweet and delicious.

Oh, man. First time customer. Best butter biscuit I have ever eaten - and that is saying something with my mother being with me. BLT did not disappoint. Staff is super friendly and the family atmosphere was a wonderful break from the noisy and crowded chain locations. My wife could not make it so taking her will give me a good reason to go back very soon.

Wheelchair accessibility: Mom uses a walker and the staff met us and held the door for her. I am sure a wheelchair would be little different and plenty of maneuver room inside.

I have eaten here just a couple of times. I find it to be staffed with extremely friendly folks. They are very accommodating and enjoy interacting with their guests. The location is a bit inconvenient to find parking. They are only open Thurs - Saturday so you have to ensure the day you are going is a day they are open.I found their gravy to be extremely salty. I couldn't eat the entire thing due to the salt. The price would be $$$ for breakfast. We ordered 2 biscuits, 1 cinnamon roll and 2 orange juices. Our total with tip was $48. No typo there..yes, almost $50. I was shocked. The orange juice was extremely watered down and tasted more like water than OJ.They have very limited seating; it took us over 35 minutes to receive our food. It was on a Saturday morning around 11 am.Again, the staff is amazing and if not for the cost and the salt we would return

Parking: Very small parking lot shared with a repair shop; there is some street parking as well.

Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Every time I’ve ate at Biskit NV you leave fully satisfied. You can tell it’s a family owned restaurant and they take pride in providing consistent excellent service. I want to point out this last week I walked in to pick up my order and the owner (plus staff) gathered around the dining area and lead a beautiful prayer for all. The sense of community is felt and I believe you guys deserve the recognition. 100/10 rating every time.

The Best Meal I’ve had in Cleveland. This is what I would want on my last meal on death row.

Not so great experience at this establishment I ordered a sausage biscuit and a sweet tea thinking that would be quick and simple when I ordered it was 9:56 when I left it was 10:45 and there was no food in my belly it was a bit ridiculous in my opinion that they kept telling me the biscuits are coming out of the oven soon repeatedly every 5 mins and never came out they didn’t even give me my drink 0 out of 5 recommend this place
