Very, very bad Bojangles…… I’ve been twice now and I’ve had to get them to make the food for me again because it was cold and not fresh won’t never go to this one again

I come in here all the time. But today this young lady forgot to hand me my drink so I reminded her that I got a drink with my combo. And said thank you when she handed it to me. But then I was waiting on the straw. And she said you don't have to have an attitude. Assuming I had one. When I was just waiting on everything that I ordered. It is not my problem that she "Assumed" something that was not there. But after she assumed then yes I will give an attitude back.Also as I drove off I seen her pointing at me from the drive thru window.So I call and speak to a manager which I got a girl that said SHE was the manager.Then I get home to notice that the girl through the drive-thru did not give me a receipt.I guess so I wouldn't know the name of the girl that rang me up.So I call them back about my receipt and this time a gentleman answers the phone and says HE is the manager.And that he would have a talk that employee.If your employees are that rude don't worry about me coming back and I will make sure to let other people to be aware.Btw some adults with Autism do not smile alot if at all and people "ASSUME" they are giving them an attitude.Stop "Assuming" someone is upset with you and keep your mouth shut and keep it moving.

Location was not busy, but somehow I had to ask for my coffee. Then I noticed everyone got their order but me. I went up asked showed my receipt told lady with glasses I haven’t received my order. She looked at my like I was lying and said “you sure” like yes why else would I come and tell you? Very rude even after that, bagging my food slow on purpose I hate to say it but she’s most likely racist I won’t be coming back. Update they replied to my review and asked to email them, which I did. It’s been a week and no response. It’s a sham to act like they care. Probably applaud her behavior. Smh

Food here is pretty good! I love the new chicken bites! However, some things raise an eyebrow. Charging $2 more to upgrade medium fries to large? Crazy. This place has always been a little weird. They will not give you any sauces with most meals. Have to pay extra. And now they charge for a water cup. The nickeling is a turnoff. Also, telling customers “corporate took over” as an excuse doesn’t help. Naw, yall always been like this. Just worse now

This place is terrible. When we go fishing we would rather have bojangles than greasy Hardee’s. The past 2 if not 3 times we have tried to eat here (between 6-630am ON A SAT) the lobby is locked. One time a worker came to the door and said they didn’t have enough workers to open the lobby. Today I walked to the drive through window and asked if the lobby was not gonna be opened today. The toothless very hateful older lady interrupted me and said “not enough workers to open the lobby” and turned around and ignored me….. as if they were slammed. There was literally NO ONE in the drive thru line….. parking lot empty…. No one waiting in drive thru line. This place is a joke. We are not gonna pull our boat through the drive thru and try to eat on the way. So congrats bojangles…. U lot customers. I hope this location gets shutdown. How about you either hire workers or at least teach the ones you have to not be so rude and disrespectful.

Stopped in to get large sat in line for my whole lunch break made an order get to the window and the people didn’t even take my order. Sat there for 35 minutes for absolutely nothing. This is the worst and rudest and nastiest people I’ve ever dealt with at any Bojangles across the country, do not come here worst Bojangles ever

So I tried to give them a second chance for breakfast today and the food still isn't good!! My tomato in on my biscuit was old. The chicken was cold. The biscuit was old. My boberry biscuit was hard. They just all together suck. Don't eat here!!! U will be disappointed.

I'll stop at this location all the time On my way to work and on my way home yesterday evening I stopped and got two Cajun chicken biscuits which were completely unedible had to be thrown away the second that I got home not one bite could be taken out of it The biscuit was okay The chicken was so dry it was like jerky so I paid 12ish dollars for two biscuits that were inedible and a half and half tea I did get to drink the tea but $12 for a tea is a lot I'm not sure what's happened I stopped there a few weeks ago and the food was fine hopefully this is remedied I don't mind paying for edible food at all but I do my paying for food that I have to throw away
