Was there around 8:00 on a Saturday. Mashed potatoes and gravy had been sitting there for a while and the dirty rice was barely enough to even have three spoonfuls. It was obvious that they were trying to close.

Sat in drive thru and waited for an order but no one would answer and they turned the lights off on us while waiting on the order after we told them we were picking up the order

First off the biscuits are hockey pucks. We couldn't even tear them. Bo rounds were undercooked. Recommend no breakfast from here. Went 2 weeks thinking it was a 1 off. Nope that's the standard. Very poor. Now they will send a response sorry for the inconvenience please email and we can resolve. I don't want money or food, I want to see food and service fixed. If employees can't cook food correctly find some that will.
