They just seem like they can't get the fried pickles fully done. It's almost every visit. 3 times a month and it's always the same. Everything else is great tho.

I truly do not understand how this place stays in business! They are ALWAYS short staffed or "in-between" shifts. The bartender apparently also runs a daycare at the bar...or at least appears to! Got some cheese sticks tonight complete with hair and it is absolutely impossible to actually get a lime with your beer....regardless of how many times you attempt to order it! Buffalo Wild Wings, your chain has gone down hill...everywhere...it's sad! Clearly it's the management and how you run your business, because this is the experience in more and more places!

Our server Cody was amazing! The wings were fresh made, so they did take a little longer, but well worth the wait. Overall one of the better BWW experiences we have had.
Wife and I had burgers,they were so greezy had to use numerous napkins. Won't be going back.

I would say this is the worse experience we've had with BWW. The boneless wings were cold to the touch there was barely any sauce on them. Just overall VERY dry. The fries were also cold to the touch and were very stale. Definitely will not be ordering again. This was a pick up so the food didn't sit for long.

Absolute trash. Can't even get a simple 1 sauce wing order correct. Bill was $33 for one 16oz beer and 15 wings to go that were completely wrong. And they were dead tonight sooooo. Zero excuse, just a lack of care and overpriced trash.

We are giving a 5 star review for the service Leah provided on Monday evening, 12/30/24. Over the years, my husband and I would want to eat at BWW in Cleveland but struggled with that decision each time because quality of service had changed. We would still stop in because we love it. We’re glad we did last night. Something has changed and for the better. All of the staff were friendly and the service was great. Leah was so kind and clearly enjoys working there.

we hadn't been here in a bit, and I have to say I'm not a fan of the new cleaning solution that is very overpowering. it smells like bathroom sanitizer and wrecked my sinuses. the kitchen mixed up our wing orders, and I didn't even taste the hot sauce right away. I ordered mild sauce on my wings.

We have eaten here several times before this visit and were always satisfied. We decided to stop here this time to take a break from Christmas shopping before we continued on. What a disappointing experience (I'm being nice). I get it it's a sports bar atmosphere..but the music was way too loud..the waitress couldn't hear to take our order..she didn't know the menu very well...in the past we always ordered a large order of chili/cheese fries to go with our wings..after about a 45 minute wait and the " I'm sorry your order is taking so long" from the waitress..our wings finally arrived... but no chili/cheese fries..so we asked where they were at.."they'll be right out"..seriously??!!..so..they brought them to the table..we received a small platter of French fries with 2 small cups of chili..thats it..no cheese...not what we had ever gotten in the past...the whole meal was luke warm at best...so..I'd say on all accounts EPIC FAIL....we scratched Buffalo Wild Wings off our list of places to eat in Cleveland TN...The End.
