There is nothing wrong with this location of the chain restaurant BWW as far as the consistently of food options but the parking situation and outdoor seating is very limited. If you enjoy the staple foods that this chain restaurant provides I would say that you would be happy. As someone who does not eat fried food regularly, chicken, or sauces based in seed oils, this is hard to make something work, especially if you are hungry and do not drink. If you like beer, this is one of the best places in Cleveland you can stop by and sample beers and ciders on tap and get a great deal on a draft beer. This location also has a lot of TV's that put on the big games and has happy hour, YAY!

Think maybe I had a burger and fries. I don't remember for sure. I just know whatever I got was really good. Met family here and just all in all enjoyed it all. With a welcoming atmosphere. And really good service. All for a good price.

STORE 340: This review is less about the food and more about the service. I was in TN visiting last weekend. I drove all the way back home (to Alabama) only to discover my wallet was not in my pocket. As it turns out, it fell out of my pocket and spent the night in the booth my friend and I were sitting in. I called the store the next morning and spoke with THE MANAGER, TODD. He confirmed my wallet was still there and so were my credit cards and money (a little over $100). My AMAZING WAITRESS, PAHOLA found it the night before and took good care of it for me. But it doesn't stop there. Todd was the most amazing. When I told him I lived in a different state, he inconvenienced himself to mail it to me without hesitation. That saved me a 6 hour drive (roundtrip) and a lot of gas.
Was the food good? Yes, I had the cauliflower wings and fries. Pahola was a great waitress. I watched her buzz around from table to table making sure everyone received their food and drinks. She's a beautiful person inside and out with a sweet spirit. I'm thankful she was my server that night. Next time I'm in Cleveland, Tn I'll probably be swinging by BWW 340.

Horrible experience, bring daughter in for her birthday.15+ min wait time for a host to even greet us. Before we even get our food a fight breaks out in the arcade area directly next to our table between 2 large group of teens, my daughter having court side seats to the brawl... staff gets the fight broken up groups split up a few are removed. We get our food and several people from both of the groups are still in the arcade and 2 of them walked over and just started sitting our booth directly next to my daughter who is under 10 and is completely terrified at this point. We get up and leave at this point Pay for our $120+ meal with buying her the $60 90 min unlimited game time card we dont even use the game time card and just leave beacuse my daughter just wants to leave this place at this point and not even try to play any of the games.

The food was not bad but never got the chance to enjoy the meal.

Today was very disappointing, especially since we invited two other families to eat with us after a baseball game. We arrived around 11:30, and it was not busy at all. Everything should’ve been fresh. My husband and I ordered the Ultimate Nachos and added chicken for an upcharge of $3. When the nachos arrived, there was literally only one sliver of chicken on them. Our friend who also ordered the same had some visible chicken on her plate but barely any as well. We alerted the waitress that we added the chicken and didn’t get any. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes until she brought us some chicken to add to the plate. She brought our friend and us a small bowl again, with barely any chicken in it. My husband remarked that there was barely any in there. Maybe $1 worth of chicken in comparison to what is typically on there. Unfortunately, many of the chips had an oily taste like they were cooked in old oil or something. I often had to chug my drink to get the taste out of my mouth from a nasty chip. To not be busy at all, we weren’t well taken care of today for a $50 trip.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings today. I got a 6-piece honey BBQ boneless wings and fries. I waited 40 minutes to get my food, and when I received it, it was horrible. My food was cold, and the fries were stale and hard. I took the food back in hopes they would get it right the second time, but nope, still the same. How do you mess up twice? I just drove away. I do not recommend coming to this place. My fries were dark brown and looked like they were made in the morning and just dipped back in grease to make them hot. I wouldn’t feed this chicken and fries to my dog!! I wish I could give zero stars.

The server was good. We got wings, which were good. We got unlimited apps. The first 2 refills came quickly. When we asked for refills after that, they were slow about bringing them. One time, they didn't bring our chips and queso, just our mozzarella sticks. Overall, not a bad experience though.

They just seem like they can't get the fried pickles fully done. It's almost every visit. 3 times a month and it's always the same. Everything else is great tho.

I truly do not understand how this place stays in business! They are ALWAYS short staffed or "in-between" shifts. The bartender apparently also runs a daycare at the bar...or at least appears to! Got some cheese sticks tonight complete with hair and it is absolutely impossible to actually get a lime with your beer....regardless of how many times you attempt to order it! Buffalo Wild Wings, your chain has gone down hill...everywhere...it's sad! Clearly it's the management and how you run your business, because this is the experience in more and more places!

Our server Cody was amazing! The wings were fresh made, so they did take a little longer, but well worth the wait. Overall one of the better BWW experiences we have had.

I would say this is the worse experience we've had with BWW. The boneless wings were cold to the touch there was barely any sauce on them. Just overall VERY dry. The fries were also cold to the touch and were very stale. Definitely will not be ordering again. This was a pick up so the food didn't sit for long.
