Went the night of 3/28 and the hostess seemed more annoyed than anything. Server was okay, maybe new to the serving world so not going to bash her. Food.. TERRIBLE. Wings are practically jerky they’re so dry. I’ll never order wings from here ever again.. get a burger, guys.. just get a burger

Ordered take out at 6pm for 7pm, arrived at 7pm and waited 35 minutes on a Thursday night.... I can understand 5-10 minutes extra, but 25 minutes is a bit ridiculous. I'd expect this from a freshly opened restaurant, but not a location that's been opened this long.

Order food at 5:27 pm didn’t get it until 6pm then the wedge were so hard you couldn’t eat them the wings were so so one was supposed to be honey bbq but they were very spicy for some reason !!! Won’t be back to this location!!!!!!

We felt like we were a burden to the staff from the start....We asked to be seated together as a group of 10...We were encouraged to sit separately because they were going to have to move a table 3 feet....That's when we should have left!!!!They finally moved the table since we requested to sit together.....The food came out one at a time...Some had finished before others ever received their food.....We also didn't receive everything we ordered....We didn't say anything and luckily we weren't charged.....It's was my first time eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.....I will not be going back....nor will I recommend it to anyone!!!!!

Me and my family ate at the one in Cleveland tn tonight and it took 40min to get my wife's Buffalo ranch chicken wrap right. Then took 20min after I gave them my debit card to pay to bring it back. I gave then a 25$ gift card which should have made my bill 29.43 but the waitress gave her self a tip of 4$ without even asking me. This is stealing. It was awful and never going back. I am reporting this to corporate.

It took 45 minutes at 9pm on a Tuesday night to receive my order… it took 15 minutes past what it was estimated too and the employee who was trying her best claimed that it took so long because she had to hand scoop ice cream.It seems like this store has a huge staffing & attention issue, as the lady beside me had her order wrong.
