Rude Rude Rude!!! Terrible customer service ..tried to use my points she acted like it was such an inconvenience!!! Why even have the app......then told me it was going to be a 10 min wait when I said it was ok I can wait...she proceeded to take my order doing the yes what else yes what else....the got to the window and their system was down smdh...why not jus keep it real and tell me my 30$ was not enough for the trouble you had to go through...it was ok chick fil a was cheaper and the customer service is impeccable we all need to do better with them right next door 💪🏼🫶🏼

Cashier was great , the only complaint I have is with a woman coworker of his who decided to show her ass and try to pick a fight with him. The worst part the shift supervisor saw the whole thing and did nothing to stop it. If I wanted to watch a fight with my meal there are a lot better options you all need to do better.

I went by and ordered original chicken fries for my 4 and 6 year old today. They were so spicy, my kids could not eat them! Both of my children are Autistic and just started eating chicken fries. I am absolutely disappointed with this location and will NEVER BE BACK!

My family and I went through Burger King and order some meals… get home and one of the burgers was not made how we had placed it.. called Burger King and MISTY said she would fix it for us. I get there and it’s ready to go. Customer service was excellent!!!! Thank you misty -&team!
