The service here is terrible normally. The blue haired manager is rude and ineffective. Did not see her today, but sure if she's gone yet or not but the service was better and the staff friendlier.

Late night drive through. I ordered just a bacon double cheeseburger with extra pickles. It was microwaved so long that the pickles were steaming. It actually made the burger horrible. 0 out of 10 , would not recommend.

I ordered just one eggnormous burrito and it took a while to get to me (roughly 5 minutes even though I was the only person in line). They hand it to me and didn't say anything. I pull over to eat it real quick and I notice it's falling apart. Why? Because it was made with 2 small wraps instead of one large one. Annoying, but whatever. I manage to get it back "assembled" and start eating it. Next, I noticed there was no sausage on this burrito. Maybe a little extra bacon, but they never mentioned being out of sausage OR the large wraps. If I had known, I would have went somewhere else. Instead, they let me buy something that they couldn't even make properly. That, plus little to no customer service made this an unpleasant experience. I will be going to the other location in Cleveland from now on
