Late night drive through. I ordered just a bacon double cheeseburger with extra pickles. It was microwaved so long that the pickles were steaming. It actually made the burger horrible. 0 out of 10 , would not recommend.

I ordered just one eggnormous burrito and it took a while to get to me (roughly 5 minutes even though I was the only person in line). They hand it to me and didn't say anything. I pull over to eat it real quick and I notice it's falling apart. Why? Because it was made with 2 small wraps instead of one large one. Annoying, but whatever. I manage to get it back "assembled" and start eating it. Next, I noticed there was no sausage on this burrito. Maybe a little extra bacon, but they never mentioned being out of sausage OR the large wraps. If I had known, I would have went somewhere else. Instead, they let me buy something that they couldn't even make properly. That, plus little to no customer service made this an unpleasant experience. I will be going to the other location in Cleveland from now on

Why is the drive though so slow. Everytime my kids want to go there they take forever....noone else in front of me noone at the window but they keep saying I will be with you in a minute. Took 9 minutes before she came back. This will be the last time I come to Cleveland TN Paul huff location. Get some people who actually care about the customers because the ones you have right now have been continuously awful 😞

Just went for breakfast the French toast sticks were hard the hashbrowns were hard and the crossiates were flat and all the food was cold, it was only 7:30! Will not visit this bk again!

Half of the nuggets had clearly been sitting out and the fries were old, the slushee was half empty and half full with mainly syrup and foam. It’s a shame that pride in what you do has gone down hill. Regardless of the industry you’re in

I've ordered from this location twice since moving to the north side of cleveland and both times there's always something wrong or missing. Such as ordering an 8 pc chicken fry and only getting 5, or getting a bacon double cheeseburger and not getting bacon or not having sauces in the bag.
