⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Burrito Express in Cleveland, TN. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly from the moment I walked in, which really made the visit enjoyable. The place was very clean, including the bathroom, which is always a big plus. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and you can tell they care about quality. I also really liked the terrace area — it’s a nice, relaxing spot to enjoy your meal. Highly recommend Burrito Express if you’re looking for great food, a clean environment, and excellent customer service!

This food was literally a godsend in our times of car trouble and having to spend MANY hours down the street at a mechanic. Literally buss af, quick service, and everyone was so nice (and we got free chips WOO)! Much recommend. If we lived here, we would go here over Chipotle ANY DAY. So yum 😋

Placed online order. Receipt stated you get 2 cups of salsa with order. Got main dish and bag of chips, no salsa. Called them and was told they couldn't do anything about me not getting my whole order. 😆

Burrito Express is hands down one of the best spots in Cleveland! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served fast. Their burritos and Tacos are loaded with quality ingredients, and the bowls are perfect when you want something a little lighter. The Staff is friendly and welcoming every time. the casual atmosphere with patio seating makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Portions are generous, Prices are fair, and they've got great options for everyone. Highly recommend to anyone craving good Mexican food done right.

This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Cleveland. I make it a point to try as much Mexican food as possible, but none have topped burrito express for flavor.
I used to come here all the time, but I’ve stopped recently due to the decline in service and portion sizes. Each time I’ve visited, the staff has been rude, and they’ve become noticeably stingy with portions. Cleanliness is also a concern, I’ve seen workers wearing gloves, touching the iPad, and then handling food without changing gloves. I haven’t even been able to get a free glass of water because they claim the drink dispenser isn’t working. It’s disappointing because this used to be a great place to eat. They really need to work on customer service, cleanliness, and building relationships with regular customers.

We ate here and got very sick from the food. I contacted the restaurant and told them but they were not wanting to listen or give a refund. I did report them to the Health Dept as we have been very ill. We both ate the same meat and we were not sick until we ate here. Have all the food poisoning symptoms. Couldn’t even go to work so sick but they didn’t care.
Beware about eating here. I will never eat there again.

Tried to order by phone for pick up. Was told in Spanish I couldn’t. Went inside to order. 1st 2 orders well but the 3rd went wrong on many levels. Charged way too much for what was supposed to be $5. Didn’t get much food either. Won’t be back. Must speak Spanish to order here.
