I ordered a ribeye steak rare I received a sirloin medium when I brought it to the waiters attention I was told no that's a ribeye .well ribeye is the only cut me and my husband eat and I know my cuts of steak and this was not a ribeye when the manager came over he ask if everything was ok I told him no that I was not happy with my steak or fries he said well ok and that was all never got anything didn't even attempt to make things right and charged me full price I have no issue paying a good price for something as long as it's what I ordered and this wasnt.the waiter and manager both were very unprofessional and handled the situation very badly I will never go to this particular establishment again.if you don't make your customers happy you don't have a buisness and as a small buisness owner I know this. Very poor attitudes toward the customers when there is a issue .

Lillian is the sweetest and most kind waitress I have ever had the honor of having take care of our dinner for the night!!❤️ The food was absolutely amazing! The only thing I can say I can possibly complain about is now that I'm leaving this review, I wish I could have gotten a picture of how juicy mine and my husbands steaks were!! Hands down the BEST STEAK IN TOWN!! Forget Longhorn and Logan's.... If you want a great steak and great service GO TO CHEDDARS!!! Trust me you won't regret it!!

Server made this winded speech about how he would make sure our order was all correct, after we waited for a bit to be served. Drinks came out wrong, out of food items we ordered, then food came out wrong. Unfortunately, we won't be back.
The food is a lot better than before ... But the servers are going down hill big time we waited a long while to be seen .. we had to ask for forks because the hostesses was giving any out ... I watched the other servers going and getting silverware ... But back to ours he hardly came around and I had to give my husband my drink because he was out for a while...
This was our first time here. We drove 30 minutes to try this place. It was well worth the drive. The service and food was top notch!! We will go again.
I bought the family chicken tenders meal, Me and my boys ate four different times on all that chicken and rolls and two large sides I have a new favorite so far.......
