Haven't received my order yet and I've been in the drive thru for 18 minutes. So out of character for chick fil a. Customers were not being answered at the speaker and we're driving off. 3 people in front of me asked to pull to VIP and wait. Granted it is 9pm but they are open for another hour. I've just now been told they no longer sell chicken tortilla soup (still on menu) as of last Saturday but I've talked to 2 people and no one has mentioned this until now. Still don't have food but have my drinks that are watering down and shake is melting.

Food has gone way downhill. Apparently they switched their chicken providers in the chicken is all stringy and nasty. What is wrong with these companies? All they wanna do is save a dollar to make themselves richer rather than provide quality food. But you see the thing about me as a customer. I will just post a Google review. I will message the corporate office. I will message the governor. I will message the state senator because I don’t care. I’ve got nothing to lose. I’ve already lost money at this place. Might as well spend some free time. Just horrible, absolutely ridiculous and horrible. We won’t be back to say the least.

I was really disappointed with my recent delivery experience. Having worked at this location before, I understand the expectations for service. I placed an order for delivery, and my app notified me that it had arrived. However, when I went outside to retrieve it, there was no food at my door.
I immediately called Chick-fil-A, and Tammy answered. After I explained the situation, she put me on hold and later informed me that the order had been delivered, suggesting I check my Ring doorbell footage. I explained that I had already checked and had not received my food. After repeating this multiple times, I mentioned that there are two houses with the same house number in my neighborhood, so the order may have been misdelivered.
After putting me on hold again, Tammy confirmed that the food had indeed been delivered to the wrong house. Instead of preparing a fresh order, the delivery driver simply retrieved the food from the other house and dropped it off at my door. Unfortunately, by the time I received it, my meal was cold, and the order sticker confirmed that the food had been sitting for nearly an hour.
I paid $$$ for a meal that should have arrived fresh at my door, especially since I paid extra for delivery. I could have picked it up myself, but I’m currently sick and relied on the service I paid for. In past experiences with delivery, food that was misdelivered was remade and redelivered properly, which is what should have happened here.

Keith St. Chick Fil a makes the best grilled wraps on the planet! Whenever I come to Chick Fil A. I always crave their grilled and their food ( especially grilled wraps ) always leaves satisfied. The staff and the management is always so diligent with their work and I am so impressed with their excellence in they accomplish tasks with teamwork. The managers are always top of the game and always so caring and friendly. They are also very attentive to customers and I highly recommend eating here. If it were up to me, I would buy the whole menu.
Kid-friendliness: Playground is always clean and open for kids to play.
I was not feeling well and stopped to get a coke to get my blood sugar up. As usual, they were busy even though it was 10:30 in the morning on a week day. The line wrapped around the building. One of the employees came out quickly with my drink, so I didn't have to wait in the long drive-through line. I was never so grateful. Thank you for your kindness.

Not to say you shouldn't try it out. The staff are friendly, and there's a decent amount of options.
You'd likely be better off going to an actual restaurant for carryout. You'd get more food, better food, and it would probably only cost 3-5 dollars more.

I remember whenChick filet got started and took over with “my pleasure,” & plump chicken. It was easy to win because the other restaurants were only about the dollar and the culture quickly shows.. This is why many restaurants eventually fall bc it’s difficult to be anbout money vs results and the passion will eventually show when you get results like this- GRIZZLE in a piece of bread counted as two chicken mini’s. It’s simply gross and you can’t eat a fried piece of grizzle when you expected chicken meat. That’s not the same thing. I’d like my money back for the entire experience but that’s the whole point that we went there in the first place, for convenience on time because you know the food is not healthy anymore.
