Poor management and service Ms. Karen Colley should be ashamed for her employees here. Please watch the cameras from 10:40am to 10:55am. I ordered a dine in order and none of the front tables were clean from table number 4 to 8, 12 wasn’t clean also a few others. I the customer cleaned these tables in front of her employees and was laughed at by Dre while he ate. Then my dine in order was brought without a tray and I requested one I was told by the young man they didn’t have any clean trays. I figured he might take some initiative and retrieve the trays from the trash cans so they would have some to serve on but after never retrieving them I actually got up in the middle of my meal and once again did it for them. I left them at the pick up counter where the lazy young man left them for mins and then he moved them back to the serving counter and didn’t clean them. Now another girl is cleaning them. Dre was laughing as I walked back I assume the management and leadership is so bad here this is the new Chick-fil-A standard for this franchise. Do better please

Terrible, unusual Chick-fil-a experience in almost every aspect. Food hard & dry. Feeling sick as though the tough, gamey chicken wasn't done. No toilet paper in bathroom at 7:30 in the morning. Long wait to receive after mobile order was marked as ready & didn't receive one of our drinks. Requested light ice in other, it was full to top of ice. Kale salad drowning in so much dressing it was standing in the bottom of bowl. Over $22 for 2 people for breakfast & left hungry because we threw most away. Employees were friendly & that's the only reason this isn't a 1 star review.
I pick up several mobile orders at this location because it’s closer to my home when I’m coming home from work. I’m usually always having to double check my order because it’s never correct. Today I got home and was missing $10 worth of items. I call the store twice to make it right and it goes to a voicemail that is full. I chose the catering line and got through to them to tell them my experience and they tell me to come back and they will make it right. At this point it’s been 30 min since pickup. Go and they “locate” my missing items and they just tell me: “I’m sorry.” What happened to making things right Chick-Fil-A? My fries are cold at this point and no free item because they got my order wrong and I had to wait twice on my mobile order. Very disappointing chick-fil-a!
