Went to grab some chicken salad sandwiches for a late lunch. The counter person was attentive and took our order right away. Our food was fresh and presented well. The tomato and lettuce were not over ripe nor wilted. The grape salad was tasty. It’s conveniently located with plenty of parking.

I’m so upset. My husband got me a meal and everything was completely wrong. I asked for a sassy Scotty croissant blt, scoop of pimento cheese and soup. The only thing correct was the soup. I had no scoop of pimento. I was like well that sucks but atleast I have my chicken salad. Nope cause the put the pimento cheese on the sandwich no BLT style. So I paid for a full meal and didn’t even get my chicken salad. Ugh, the service has went downhill. Who goes to chicken salad chick and expects to not get chicken salad. Get it right man. I also live 30 minutes away. So , not very convenient to go back. I was starving too, and craving the chicken salad so bad.

The food is very good, but the employees are extremely loud and talking about inappropriate things while customers are in the dining room. And this hasn’t just happened once. It’s every time we come in.
