Grandson that is almost 2 couldn't reach the table and kept spilling his milk because he needed a booster seat. Waiter got our drinks and appetizers and did not come back to get our dinner order and no plates to eat the appetizers. It was HOT in there and pretty dirty. It was 7:00pm. My husband ordered 2 for 1 draft and only received one and he asked about it and still nothing. Waiter was so busy we had 2 other waiters and a waitress to come help. It was bad service for the second time. We tipped 10% but he shouldn't get any, the other 3 should have his tip. We won't be coming back to this restaurant. It's my birthday and I didn't even ask for my free dessert because we needed to get out of there.. We didn't even eat our dinner because we ate the appetizers because he never came back to finish taking our order.

I’m very concerned about how things are operating at here. The past 3 times they have tried charging me for food I did not order and they do it nonchalantly with appetizers, mainly chips and salsa. I didn’t notice it till after I paid the first time. The second time I noticed it, but I was with a group of people and chose to ignore it. This time I spoke up. It is very odd. It’s very strange and the only conclusion I could come up with is they are adding stuff on the bill to get a higher tip. I will be bringing this up to the general manager as well as corporate and the Better Business Bureau.

I also tried to get a servers attention about it and she walked right by me as I was clearly saying excuse me ma’am.

Obviously we won’t be back

Went to Chili’s earlier tonight; got a burger and a salad. Waited 30minutes got my burger; asked for some mayonnaise and a refill; waited 30minutes for mayo so I just asked for a to go box, after I got the box they finally brought the mayo and my refill decided to just go ahead and go home. I heat my food up and go to eat my burger and it’s not even fully cooked. To say the least I will not be returning to this location.

I give 1 star for the food and 1 star for the cold beer. 0 stars for Customer Service. The bartender acts as if she's a 15 year old being forced to do chores. Barely spoke, had to ask for each refill, had ask for check not to mention waiting. Perhaps there is a staffing issue.

Nasty. Got Cajun pasta waited 40 mins came out cold and was nasty. Wife orders steak it's nachos, sons food cold. Waiter was over worked so I wasn't mad at him. Won't be back.

As with many chain restaurants this one is a little dingy and could use a refresh but the food is decent and people are nice for the most part. We go here fairly often.

Came in last night at 6:30 with a party of 8. Once we got seated we waited for a very long time before our waitress showed up but once she seemed kind and attentive. She made sure she took our appetizer orders first and made sure they got in so we "wouldn't have to wait forever". All we got was chips with 3 dips. Took at least 20 minutes to get the chips. Then we looked for salt shakers and found out the restaurant doesn't have any! NO SALT SHAKERS?? They actually brought us a bowl of salt! You would think they might go to Dollar Tree or Walmart and order some salt shakers pronto! Then we waited and waited for food to come. Everything took forever! Some food was hot, some was cold. None was great. On a good note, the waitress was good, the bill was reasonable but we probably won't be back.

Food is good. I've been avoiding this place because it gave me food poisoning a few months back right before they didn't have a very good health inspection. I decided to give it another shot because they have good service and the food is reasonably priced. They redeemed themselves.

Haven't been to Chili's in a while so wanted to try it again with my wife. Wasn't busy at all we went around 4pm 10/28. We waited over 5 min at the host stand. The bartender looked at us never came to greet us, in fact walked away when we were seen Server came over to one of his tables close to the host stand saw us walked back to kitchen several times. I was in the restaurant business for over twenty years most of that time as a manager. I've never seen such poor customer service. That's where the experience starts when the customer walks in the door. To have several employees see you and not say anything at all and keep you waiting. We will not be back.

The buffalo chicken sandwich and I highly recommend a big pour of yee-hazy from yee haw brewing. Some of the staff are young on a Thursday night but our particular server was great. Name started with an a.
