Let me start by saying I love chipotle and the freshness of the food. That being said I was very disappointed today. When I went in the restaurant was empty yet dirty. The tables needed to be cleaned off, floor swept. I was craving the honey chicken but there were just dried leftovers in the bowl. I asked if that’s all there was because it looked dried out and the counter person said yes. Yet I did watch the cool behind her chopping up fresh honey chicken. She didn’t even ask him and what was left in the bowl wasn’t I full spoonful. Very disappointed. I’ll go to the one in Chattanooga from now on.

We visit many Chipotles as we travel and this is one of our favorites! The rice was delicious, fresh and perfectly seasoned. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean! So often recently we have found chipotle bathrooms stinky and dirty but this one was very clean. Thanks!

I love the fresh food! I know i am getting real food and no crap in my meal. I appreciate our local Chipotle as they are my go-to for a filling meal. They always take precautions to ensure my food is not cross contaminated with gluten, and I am grateful! For me it's a medical priority. Thanks for making food enjoyable to me.

The menu is limited compared to similar type restaurants. The bagged chips were stale. Portions were small even after asking for extra. Unsweet tea not available. Tables were dirty and trash can was maxed out with empty trays. Definitely not a good experience for the prices that are demanded.

Great experience from this location. We ordered delivery(door dash). For Chipotle's part, the food was ready extremely fast, and was very fresh. Everything was exactly as we ordered it. Our portion sizes exceeded our expectations, and everything both looked and tasted great. Will definitely order from here every time we come through. We ordered a chicken burrito bowl and tacos (photo is missing a taco because I couldn't wait to dig in.)

This was my first time in the Cleveland location. Ordered a steak bowl. The steak was all fat and grizzle…I Could not eat it. The chips were stale. Literally chewy. I won’t be back!

This is my favorite chipotle location. After several poor experiences with various chipotles I was nearly ready to swear off the company as a whole, but I crave the guac sometimes. After visiting this location one time while visiting loved ones, I decided to try the food again and man it’s good. This location is typically not out of things when I go, they have great service which is rare nowadays. Today the staff member helping me asked, “is this enough?” With every scoop and that’s good customer service. I think all other chipotles could learn from this one. Great job to your team, I will only come to this one from now on.

Chips were not fully cooked. They were under staffed and the line took longer than usual. The drive through was closed and they were unable to keep up maintaining the dining and beverage area.
