Me and my family had a wonderful time at the cicis pizza in Cleveland Tennessee located on Paul huff pkwy good service and good food would highly recommend visiting this location

What an amazing team that works here. We got there about the same time as a pretty large construction group, but with the way the staff treated us, the food stayed hot and tons of variety, I would have thought we were the only people there.

I don't know the name of the manager, but I did talk to him, tall, fit, kind of bald (sorry). But he's very professional, friendly, down to earth, he seems to create a very nice work environment.
Employees seemed to like him.

Food was good too, restocked often and fresh.

Bathrooms are never stocked or clean when I come here. My 6 year old had to scream for toilet paper thoughout the restaurant..
There's never any vegetarian or chicken options available either.. our family is Jewish and yesterday, we had to wait 30 mins after getting our drinks to get a pork-less slice of pizza. The service workers stack the plates too high and people were constantly dropping them as well.. I wish I could have said nicer things about them, but overall, just terrible:(

Food was good and I would rate a 5 however the reason I would rate a 1 star is due to them allowing a staff member to wear a hoodie covered in animal fur. Nothing against animals, but when messing with food, you shouldn't be covered in your pet's fur.
