The cleveland location in particular is so inconsistent with their chicken quesadillas. More often than not they put way too little cheese or chicken and usually don't put any sauce at all. Sometimes the chicken itself is burnt or charred and the tortillas are also Sometimes burnt. Every other location is fine with this. Also 3 whole onion rings is not enough for a side

After standing outside at the walk-up window for 10 minutes and never asked for my order I got back in my vehicle and went thru the drive thru. I ordered the Big Double Tray. Double burger, cheese bites, and onion rings. They were 3½ small onion rings and 4 cheese bites. They were very burnt and no cheese at all in cheese bites.

One of the managers or maybe higher ups, Matthew was phenomenal at the customer service part. The food was fresh and exactly what I asked for and Matthew made sure of it. Owners if you see this, Matthew deserves a raise! I could see this man owning his own Cookout or even his own restaurant if he wanted to! Thank you for not disappointing on a needed night of some good food!
Their burgers are too small but they are good and also cheap for a combo. Chicken sandwiches are awesome, says my wife. The shake choices are good too. We always try different shakes. The peach, or the pineapple banana are surprisingly good. I'm usually a heath or Snickers order but I've been trying them all.
Make sure you check your order before you drive away. It's your fault if you don't. I've had to get mine fixed and it has never been a problem.
People who drive away and then complain about getting the wrong order might just have forgotten that they have hands.
It's real simple. They hand you a bag. You open it. Look inside. Even open the burger wrapper just in case. Mine has been wrong but they fix it.

I went there at midnight and they still didn't disappoint. The service was fast and the girl at the window was very nice. I can't say enough about the cook-out as a franchise. I wish we had them in Michigan.
