Cookies were great but my large order was over an hour past pickup and wasn't boxed and ready for pickup when I arrived. Took a while to be greeted and employed barely mumbled a few words. I was the only one in the store besides 4 employees.

Upon entering the Cookie Crumble, I had envisioned a sophisticated establishment adorned with exquisite images of artfully decorated cookies and a display case showcasing a variety of stunning desserts. Instead, I was met with a modest interior and a simple countertop displaying a mere eight cookie options on a cutting board.
In search of a more visually appealing treat, I requested a butterball to be added to the rather basic-looking brownie, which was solely adorned with fudge frosting. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that such customization was against their policy, even when I offered to pay the extra $0.25. This experience left me quite disappointed with the customer service, as the employees did not come across as particularly friendly or accommodating.
Having spent approximately $20 on four cookies and an additional $1 charge for the unembellished brownie, I couldn't help but feel that the overall value did not justify the cost. With no apparent options for special orders or the ability to request past favorites, it's unlikely that I will return to the Cookie Crumble, as I can find similar or even superior options at my local Albertsons. Sadly, I would not recommend this establishment to those seeking a delectable and memorable cookie experience.

I waited 20 mins from the time i ordered till i left. I was able to purchase plain milk with my order and when i finally got my order was informed that they were out. Poor service, no communication skills and very disappointing.
