Coffee flavor is pretty consistent. Employee interactions just depend on who you get. There are a couple with bad attitudes. My biggest complaint is there is always a pile of trash in the middle of the floor when I get to the window.. seems easy enough to sweep it up and throw it away instead of all the employees jumping over the pile.

My granddaughter and I went shopping but stopped at the drive through. We had cappuccino and a special doughnut. It gave us enough energy to shop 4 hours. Now that was special. That will be my first stop any time I go shopping. Such a fun day. Love my girls.

My fiance and I went to get a 25 pack of munchkins, when we paid for them the server brought a box from behind the counter...we didn't get to pick what we wanted....1st of all they were not fresh...2nd they were anything we really liked, jelly filled, cinnamon powdered, a few chocolate and a few powdered and a few glazed....was really bad....would not recommend the Cleveland store at all

Stopped by there to get a dozen donuts to be told there's no glazed no Boston cream no blueberry etc. I mean what's really going on no donuts at "dunkin donuts"

the last few times i’ve been there nothing i’ve ordered has been correct and even when i go to get it right they don’t try to fix it and they all have the worst attitude. in the last year the service of this dunkin has went so downhill. anytime i decide to go in i have to wait because all the employees are either drinking their own coffees or just don’t wanna come to the register when they’ve made eye contact with me. everything is half assed there now. i will not be going back.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I called this morning on my way home and ordered 5 munchkin Halloween buckets to take to work tonight. My coworkers have worked so hard this week and we all miss so much family time while working 3rd shift. I thought it would be a fun treat for us working on Halloween. The girl i spoke to said it was absolutely no problem and she would leave a note to have the buckets ready by 7:30 since they are closing early at 8:00 pm. I go in to pick up the buckets and when i walked in, no one was at the counter. There was people laughing to the back and another employee sweeping. I had to walk around the corner to get their attention. The woman who was sweeping continued to sweep for a few seconds and finally came to help me. I told Her i had preordered the munchkin buckets and i was there to pick them up. She stated they were out of munchkins and what do i want her to do? Ugh. I don’t have time for a plan b. I’m so pissed. I really wanted to do something kind for my coworkers and Dunkin really let me down. She really has zero solutions except me buying whole donuts. That wasn’t what i asked for. She didn’t have any sort of apology or sympathy at all. Well. Happy Halloween.

Just had my last visit in this place.
I haven't been in several months because this location service has went downhill over the last year. In a pinch I stopped in there today because I really needed a coffee and did not have time to go to the other location (rarely have issues at the apd40 location)
Three people in there, The only person that showed kindness or appeared to want to give service was the girl trying to put donuts out. No other customers in line and one car in the drive-thru and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a basic cold brew. The guy with the ponytail wanted nothing to do with his job and the other girl was walking around drinking her own coffee ?
Sorry to have disturbed y'all. In the future I will go elsewhere for my daily dose of rudeness and bad service!
