A fast food that was not fast, spent my whole lunch waiting on my food in drive threw. Only to get a not so friendly girl at window and what made it worse was when I left they didn't even put bread sticks in my bag. I tryed calling and no one will answer

Just ate at this Fazoli's..the food was amazing and the staff was very pleasant especially James..I will definitely be back!🙂..oh and the bread sticks Wow!

Love the lasagna with the hot and fresh bread sticks. Always a winner with me. Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. There is music playing softly in the dining area. The service and atmosphere has always been great every time I've stopped in at Fazoli's. Wheelchair accessibility at entrance and wheelchair friendly in the restrooms.
