I did anything online order for 6 subs. I was given a wait time of 1 hour which was totally ridiculous. Then, when I picked my order up I was 1 sub short and had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes before YOU messed my order up. I have been a firm supporter of Firehouse up to now but I'm not sure I'll be a return customer. The whole point of doing an online order is to save time. I'm sure if I had walked in the restaurant and placed the order my wait time wouldn't have been over an hour. Lesson learned!!!

Order food and waited 28 minutes on food. The crew was more worried about putting stock up. And until the last box was put away no one was working on orders. There were 6 people working but not on orders. Not sure I will be back to this Firehouse sub.

Employees were kind and inviting! Especially the young lady who took my order. However, the food left a lot to be desired. Sandwich was very messy and falling apart when I opened to check it before I left. If I hadn’t been in a big hurry I would have asked them to remake it. Very different than other Firehouse Subs I’ve been to.

I would really love to know how I ordered a turkey sub and instead I got a sandwich full of ham and it's not what I asked for is everyone in Cleveland incapable of doing food service like everyone was nice but how do you mess up a simple turkey sub with cheese and two sauces I dont eat ham and I didn't spend almost 15 bucks on a sandwich to get crap I won't eat on it and he even repeated my order back to me it's getting a little ridiculous cause this is the 4th restaurant in Cleveland that's done this and I'd have never imagined that firehouse would cause they've never messed my order up before y'all need to get it together and pay attention god forbid if I was Jewish or had a pork allergy

Went back again today got told I wouldn't be refunded and that my sandwiches would be remade and guess what mine was still wrong and we were given old pickles again at some point a manager needs to contact me and give me a damn refund cause this is ridiculous and I'll never be wasting my money here again this is the 3rd time this has happened and no one seemed to give a shit that it just keeps happening absolutely ridiculous and lazy at this point
