Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Not sure if this is a one off type of experience, but I sat in the drive through line for approximately 20 minutes. Not that the staff were unfriendly, but something was wrong with their process. Food was fine. But I will definitely think twice or at least make sure I have nothing more to do if I return.

Always good food, a/c is always at good temperature and it's easy to get in and out. Nuff said.

Had a long wait time to order my food. When the burger was finally ready the shake was made about 10 minutes later. Everything was way over cooked and dry. Not worth the $17+ I was charged. Was not worth wasting my time trying to get a refund.

This place is a cute throwback to a 50s diner! The food is yummy and reasonably priced! We love coming here when we are in the cleveland area!!

I liked taking my Grandbabies here when they are in town. I don't think I will be back though since the failed their health inspection! Need to train them youngsters how to clean the place not sit there on their phones!

I came for lunch today and i ordered 2 burgers 1 with tots and 1 with fries, i could see the girl at the fryer making my order as i was the only car in the drive through, she puts 2 fries in the bag i assume bc she didnt have any tots pre-made. so as the same fry cook handed me my order i told her i had tots instead of 2 fries, she blatantly ignored me and walked away. I had to then wait for the actual window person to come back to the window to ask about my tots, who then asked her to fry the tots i had originally asked her to get. so she then after being asked 3 times to fry the tots, got me my tots. The fry cook was just straight up rude and actually lazy. Another point the fries i got that she originally put in the bag were almost burnt from how long the sat in the fryer.

1st time to visit will be my last time to visit, WILL NOT do business with a business that so politically correct that they cater to a less than .001% of the confused population in our country today who doesn't know if they're an animal, a person, a male, or female, a it, or a what? When it comes to issues such as these I WON'T patronize with anyone who chooses to ignore their clientele to cater to a group who cries the loudest. The ones who makes the most noise aren't the majority they're not even a minority...

Eeyroe loves surgary treats. A frozen chocolatey shake always hits the spot! And they are good here. Also, a burger as a lettuce wrap using quality lettuce, always a sweet treat. And they do use fresh quality lettuce for a nice crisp that compliments the burger.
