Went to order a cake yesterday an they weren't even open, didn't even look like they were planning on coming in. 11:30 an the light were off an you couldn't even hear any ovens going, I was there since 10 . Very disappointed! If you don't open till later then you need to change the times.

The young lady that answered says everything so fast, I have no idea what her name was. Not very easy or pleasant to talk to. Didn't seem like she cared if she sold a cake order or not. Tries the Chocolate chip, white macadamia, snicker doddle, birthday cake, and something maple which I have to say was my favorite. The young man working was very polite and helpful. Price, size and taste were all good.

The cookies looked real good. So we got some but they was kind of dry not very good would not recommend. Unless you go when they're fresh cooked.

If I could give less stars I would. We ordered my mother in law a cookie cake for her 75th birthday. My husband ordered it 48 hours in advance. It was supposed to be ready by 5:30. When we got there at 5:30 they hadn't even started on it. My husband waited and they threw it together, it was nothing like what he ordered. Needless to say, we didn't buy it. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I walked past the store (today, 3/12/22) and one young woman (person A) was insensitive to another(person b)'s feelings. "why did that upset you?" "That" was the third girl (person c) pretending to have a seizure. Spilling her drink, laying face down on the floor of the store, so naturally it freaked B out. A was mad about that but not C. A started getting aggressive (not the first time I've seen that one angry) towards B so much that B had to leave and run to the bathroom, barely holding it together. I am livid at A and C, I don't know how A still has a job in general (very rude to me and other employees of TGAC) let alone C after today. (I heard A get called Araya? Idk if that's spelled correctly and B Said "nay" alot? Maybe C's nickname?)

I went to the counter tonight to ask for some help finding a place. The ladies there were all huddled together. When I said excuse me they half looked my direction and then went back to thier huddle and completely ignored me. I feel the same way ladies.
Ordered a cake for a party and a mock up piece was done to ensure the right design was done because I wouldn’t be picking up, my husband would be. It was a neon star repetitive pattern, the cake was was supposed to be fully iced. The lady got the mock up 100% correct. My husband picked it up assuming they got it right because they had done the mock up. I got home and seen the cake and it was so bad. It had a star outline and has different sizes dots places on the cake. It wasn’t fully iced either. I called the store and the lady proceeded to try and argue with me and told me that those instructions weren’t written on the odder sheet. I insisted they were because I watched the other lady fill it out and she finally admitted that they where there and she just didn’t read it. I’m very upset and she should be taught a lesson about reading the entire order sheet instead of guessing on a design. It was also not offered to be made right either. We paid for a cake that is the exact opposite of what we wanted & doesn’t match the party decorations now. What a waste of money. Very disappointed & I do not recommend this place anymore.

Stopped at this location tonight to get cookies for our kids as a treat.. when we got home we looked in the bags … the guy completely did not give us half of our order. AND no one would answer the phone to make this situation right. That is great customer service right there ?
Asked for the decorator to "have fun" with the colors for my son's 24th birthday! It was perfect! Great job!
