I only pulled up to the window the cashier was standing with her back to the window propped up against it she stayed that way until the food was done turning around took her card handed us our food and was very short and very rude the another lady was outside the restaurant screaming for an employee or something it was just a weird environment I just need to work on customer service

Took 5 mins for someone to take my order with only one car in front of me. I order a lg water with my meal and was told they had to charge me for a water which would be fine for the cup a 1 at most but no for tap water I was charged 2.99 before tax when I asked I was told it was a Hardee’s thing like wtf. 2.99

I walked up to the counter and waited. The tall blonde lady comes to take my order. No friendliness about her. I told her I wanted 3 of the 5.99 burger sacks. All with sweet tea. She said "You get your drinks yourself, I don't do that." I laughed and said oh yea. I usually don't come in. Then I said I wanted a medium milk shake, and she said "We only have one size." Not even a smile I tell you. So I go to get my tea, and there isn't even any out . It's on the counter facing her. Could have told me. Just saying. The meat on the burgers were old and hard. Fries were OK. But the service sucked. Money wasted.

Breakfast was really great and the workers were very pleasant!
Horrific food and service. Food was cold, cashier was sleepy and rude. My family wanted to leave and get a refund. I stayed and accepted the food from the very rude woman. We ended up trashing the food. Bacon egg and cheeses biscuits were so cold the cheese didn't melt. I think the biscuit was colder than the cheese. ???????. Thanks for nothing Hardee's. You're not the MVP of my family for a quick breakfast.

Hardee’s biscuit and gravy is my favorite biscuit and gravy. They make it just right, with the rare exception. The young guy at the window was really friendly and polite. I asked for an extra bag for one of the biscuits and gravy and he actually bagged it for me instead of handing me the extra bag like some people do when I forget to ask first. Thanks Hardee’s!
