I’m writing this review, literally, less than three minutes after driving away from this restaurant. I entered the lot, less than five parked cars outside the lobby seating area. I stop at the drive-thru speaker to order a small fry. No response. I wait. Then I hear a female employee say, “I’ll be right with you.” No greeting, just “I’ll be right with you.” After I said, ok, and thank you, I simply drive away. If that is the best Hardees employees can manage for a greeting, there is absolutely no way I want any food prepped by employees with such a lackadaisical work ethic. Spring Place and Blue Springs locations are just alike.

If you pull up for breakfast and the line is long, don't let that deter you! The Hardee's breakfast crew moves like a well oiled machine. Fast friendly service matter the length of the line.

The one on Blue springs is way better. Their biscuits are handcrafted by mesh. Paula award-winning person for making biscuits. The Hardee's over here on spring place however fails to comply and they don't give a s*** about customer satisfactory. The one on Blue springs road cares so much about their customers. I'll work there for about 3 weeks. The one on Blue springs. Great place to work. Great atmosphere. The one over here on spring place. It's just sad. Very let down

So the abnormally obese manager that has a sling on her arm is so mean to her employees then held up the line today on her day off made me late for work all because she wanted to use her manager meal and ordered a bunch of food during breakfast rush and the geeker that takes orders of a morning needs to brush her teeth this is ridiculous I eat here every morning for the past year but I won't anymore after today

Went there with my sis and just sit and drank coffee and had biscuits also seen some old friends from my past and talked to them for a while, we had a great time. ?
Y’all need to train your order takers how to properly professionally take orders I come here almost everyday and it’s getting worse and the order taker is just always horrible and i know this because I have worked food service for many years and asking what do you want is not even close to professional…
