We stopped at this location during our road trip. They got my mom’s order wrong and the kind guy at the window made sure to get her chicken sandwich fixed, apologized for the mistake, and even threw an apple pie for the inconvenience. It’s nice to see someone go out their way to provide good service!
We ordered chicken tenders and two maple biscuits. The biscuits were not only so hard we couldnt use the plastic forks which were included, they were both actually crunchy. My wife and I could actually hear each other crunching them as we ate. And the biscuits were competely dry.
This is not the first time we have had a problem at this location. We also had to wait for about 6 minutes which is fine for fresh food, but this was far from fresh.

When passion wanes and paychecks persist, the drive to excel fades. Amidst unaddressed mediocrity, a disheartening scene unfolds. Stepping into Hardee's in Cleveland, Tennessee, I anticipated the simple pleasure of a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich—a crispy chicken breast, kissed by spicy seasoning, nestled between a soft bun with a smear of mayo and a sprinkle of pickles. Yet, my hopes were dashed as I encountered a lukewarm patty, languishing under the warming lights....
