When passion wanes and paychecks persist, the drive to excel fades. Amidst unaddressed mediocrity, a disheartening scene unfolds. Stepping into Hardee's in Cleveland, Tennessee, I anticipated the simple pleasure of a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich—a crispy chicken breast, kissed by spicy seasoning, nestled between a soft bun with a smear of mayo and a sprinkle of pickles. Yet, my hopes were dashed as I encountered a lukewarm patty, languishing under the warming lights....
I got the mix or match for 5.99 the sausage and egg were cold along with the steak. The front cashier was friendly. The store was clean. I would be inclined to ask for freshly made should I decide to visit again.

This is not the first time we have had a problem at this location. We also had to wait for about 6 minutes which is fine for fresh food, but this was far from fresh.
