This is the best hotel I’ve ever stopped at! They have all Dove products in the bathrooms ,a Keurig coffee maker, a pool, and the best breakfast! We got Chick-fil-A off of DoorDash and Shane was the best, and the food was amazing! Best place ever!

We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express because of the heart healthy breakfasts. The most friendly and helpful people work at these inns. They always make you feel right at home! The one here in Cleveland is no exception. The staff went out of their way to find us a good restaurant. The breakfast room lady was so cute! Hope we can stay here again!

Hotel was good for the most part. When we arrived to our room, there was urine on the toilet and finger nail clippings on the sink. Did not enjoy that. It is kinda noisy being close to the on ramp and interstate but tolerable. Bed was comfortable. Lots of updates.

We booked this hotel as a stop on our trip up north. It is right off of I-75 and easy to get to. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was amazing with a lot of food options for any pallet.

Biggest things were we needed some place clean, with laundry machines to deal with children accidents from the drive, in a safe area. This hotel exceeds my expectations and felt very nice. Laundry soap was available for purchase at the front desk and the machines take cards instead of taking coins which works out because I didn't want to deal with coins.

One of the cleanest motels we have ever stayed at. The staff here is just amazing. We usually stay at Hampton Inns but after our stay here we just might have a new motel to stay in our travels. Great job guys!!

Newly renovated; very clean; from the time I made the reservation, the folks I spoke with were extremely helpful and friendly. When we arrived it was very late as well as crowded. There was only one lady at the desk but she was very polite and took care of everyone with a sweet smile. Good but ordinary

Unfortunately I was in Cleveland for a family funeral from Indiana. When I called the hotel to book my room I was greeted by a wonderful young lady Leyna who was very pleasant to talk to as well as very helpful during my booking as well as during my stay there. I had several occasions to enter act with Layna during my stay and I must say bravo to Holiday Inn Express for such a wonderful and helpful employee they have in Leyna. The whole staff for that matter were very nice and helpful as well It's just that Leyna went above and beyond. My room was great very clean an comfortable. I would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or passing through Cleveland Tennessee.

This hotel was quite, close to several restaurants, and had an excellent staff. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good . I did not use the exercise room or the pool.Rooms: Everything worked and the bed was comfortable.Safety: It felt very safe.

Okay, I stayed here about a year ago and they have made a huge improvement. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff and house keeping are amazing. The Front desk staff on the other hand is so not with it. I was never greeted with a simple hello either by the night desk clerk and the morning desk clerk. I was just looked at with the attitude of like “why are you here and what do I need to stop doing to help you” attitude. I truly feel insulted by your FRONT DESK employees. They represent more than just themselves. They are the face of IHG. Truly disappointed in the front staff. Do better!!

Beautiful, clean and nice location, unfortunately From the Manager to the front desk on 1st shift(2-3rd were nice) all the way down to the room cleaners and dishwasher in the mornings, the rudeness is mind blowing. I live in the Northeast and I am used to people being focused on simply getting the job done, but it seems the employees here are miserable and they have no problem passing on their frustrations on to the guests. And after meeting the Daytime manager I can see why. This location would do well to have management makeover. We have family in Cleveland and have stayed here numerous times in the past, and I can promise you this, we will never stay here again until management is changed. Hire someone from ChickFilA please, they understand the value of decent customer service. I am not talking about major things, I’m talking about simple daily tasks such asking for creamer for the coffee in the morning because it ran out and the employee responded with “well get the bucket it goes in” as he roles his eyes. My 8 yr old could give these people a lesson in common decency and respect. If you stay here, it’s clean, but god forbid your key stops working, or you need towels, or have a question about why the back door doesn’t work (and hasn’t for a while apparently) and you have to walk around the entire hotel in the rain if you park in the back. It’s just crazy and mind blowing. No doubt Dale and Richie Hughes will take notice in no time that the new Managers standard of “less then a zero” level of customer service is now standard. Stay somewhere else until they can get management straightened out. Or just pray you don’t have to interact with the daytime staff.
