I just ordered haddock platter online. I picked it up and took it to my office. The fish was barely the size of a frozen fish stick. About 1 1/2 x 6 inches. Laughable that they would serve this. I had slaw and an extra slaw. Over $23. What a rip off. I won’t be back. Do better. Been eating Jenkins for over 30 years. Unfortunately, no more.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Cleveland. The staff are so friendly and the food is good. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a casual dining.

I'm really sorry. I hate giving bad reviews but that was the driest hamburger I think I've ever had. The meat itself was juiceless and the burger came without mayo, mustard or ketchup on it and ask that was on the table was an almost empty bottle of ketchup.
Btw, I got a hamburger with bacon which was about $1.00 cheaper than a BLT. Anyone else find that odd?
Our waiter was great though!

An awesome place to eat so close to Lee University. They have a cute train that travels through the restaurant. They let my daughter sign their wall, like many others have before. Service was awesome and the chicken salad sandwich was really good. Definitely recommend!

Wasn't worth the cost, waited 30 minutes for our bills, and we were all late going back to work. It's not a good lunch option, as they weren't very busy. Nachos were disappointing in flavor as there was a lot of seasoning sprinkled over the top. It didn't blend well with barbecue and jalapeños.

Not the old Jenkins. Food had been kept in the refrigerator too long and taste it exactly. Like that.

Very good, but becoming on the expensive side. A french dip, a half chicken salad sandwich, and two drinks shouldn't cost $35!

UPDATE: 7/24/25
I RECEIVED A CALL FROM BOBBIE. I BELIEVE TO BE THE RESTAURANTS MANAGER.
SHE WAS VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDINGBANDBEXPLAINDED ABOYTVTHIE SYSTEM.,MORE TO MY UNDERSTANDING.Iknow things can happen in a business, i just ask that when it does take accountabilety and customer service should alwats be a priority. Thank you Bobbie ,you are certainly what the business needs and i hope appreciate.

posted about an incident where a 20 dollar charge showed up on my card ,granted I made a 10.96 purchase and a separate transaction for 20 appeared. I called ,they were not at all concerned nor helpful or caring.i called my bank and jenkins again.
Again they were. Well hope it falls off after trying to blame my bank. After writing a review I received a call from a mich more compassionate concerned employee. Who says it's a glitch.we apologize.
Well if I were jenkins I would certainly get rid of that glitch!

I have only eaten here once, so I cannot judge well from one experience. However, the fish sandwich was good and the waitress did her job well. The decor was very interesting, what with the movie posters, train track above everything, and all. But to get give five stars would require more visits.

It was our first time there after river rafting with our Bible study group and everything was perfect! Absolutely loved the sweet potato fries with the cinnamon butter spread.

Food was completely uninspired. Nothing served here is beyond what I’d expect to come out of a college dorm room microwave. The biggest disappointment was the chicken salad; more akin to mayonnaise soup with flecks of canned chicken and NO SEASONING. Hugely disappointing, avoid this place.

This was my favorite restaurant for years because of the self-serve salad bar. Getting rid of the salad bar (the only one in Cleveland and miles around) was a monumental mistake! Open self-serve salad bars are an oasis for vegetarian customers. Please bring it back so i can give 5 stars in all categories!

Everyone in our group was satisfied. Except myself. They use to have a larger vegetarian menu. And their prices are higher than some of our favorite more expensive places to eat. But my son picked this for his birthday.
