No point in ordering online whenever time you do you still have to wait at the window even if you order 15 minutes ahead. If they have two customers in the store, they act like they can’t help you until those customers are completely out of the store. My last three orders this has happened. Done coming here.

I paid $50, one sandwich was large the other one was regular there was no drinks two bags of chips, and we tried to get lettuce and tomato on my sandwich and there was no mayo lettuce and tomato, they discourage you from getting options on the phone, and you expect when you bite into a steak and cheese sandwich that the cheese will pull there is absolutely no cheese on that sandwich if it is it's melted into the bread this was a horrible horrible experience for $50 will never go back

The sandwiches from this place are disgusting. There is always something wrong every single time I make an order. I don’t know why I keep doing it. I love Jersey Miles but this place is so bad. This time the lettuce or the onion was gagging me. So disappointed in them time and time again, and they can’t seem to correct any mistakes.

As I stood at the counter, this young girl was making a sandwich and a young man was working the cash register. The girl started to involve herself in the cashier process. This girl was berating (loudly) how the cashier was doung his job. She did this in front of me and several other customers. She was rude, obnxious, loud and a bully.i was appalled!
I have never seen this behavior at a Jsrsey Mikes store.
