I needed a cake for my daughter's Frozen themed birthday. I looked all over Cleveland for a bakery that used any icing other than the overly sugary buttercream, and Just a Bakery made a gorgeous Elsa cake with delicious sweet cream icing that doesn't overpower your palette. Seriously, I was blown away by the skill of the decorater and will only use this bakery for my party needs from now on.Oh, and their pastries are good, too, with milder creamier flavors than you get...

I go to this bakery about once a week sometimes more. I love it so much I have their number in my contacts so I can contact them to see if they have any of my favorite flavored macaroons left. There macaroons, vegan chocolate cake, and flower thumbprint cookies are delicious. I especially love when I visit on holidays they usually have something new and its always good. Highly recommend this bakery.

I ordered my German grandmother a Black Forest Cake for an early Mother’s Day gift. The cake was absolutely breathtaking and delicious, and it warmed my grandmother’s heart to have a bit of Germany here in East Tennessee. We will DEFINITELY be returning to Just A Bakery for all of our cake needs, and anytime we want a taste of European/Eastern European sweets!! Could not recommend this bakery more!!
