This is usually my preferred store to visit. However, today was horrible. Absolutely horrible. I ordered fresh pizza from the store and even waited 20 minutes because they didn't even have cheesesteak puffs prepped at 3pm in the afternoon. I asked for everything to made fresh and agreed to wait for the cheese steak puffs. I got all dough on my cheesesteak puffs and I ordered an extra most cheesiest pizza and got a regular hot n ready cheese pizza. There's no extra-most- nothing about this pizza. On top of that, I wasn't even greeted coming into the store, when I'm always greeted any other time. The front was managed so nonchalantly and I then greeted again for no welcoming yet again. I'm totally dissatisfied and low key offended of the service and food today. Whomever is on shift does not take pride in their job nor do they appreciate the consumers dollar. I'm not sure I'll come back because I never want to pay for this type of service nor quality of food, again.

The delivery was slow and so pizza wasn't fresh. The delivery person had other more important orders to deliver to than my pizza. So...maybe better drivers more interested in delivering your pizza and quicker than....other restaurants. Thanks.

Black headed took our order then walked off. She never put the order in and just ignored us another came and helped us. Won’t be going back!!!!!

I ordered on doordash. There was still 10 mins to order according to the doordash website before they stopped taking orders. The driver arrived at the store and little Caesars refused to open the door. They said they were closed. Then the order got reassigned to another dasher who messaged and said they were on the way to the store to get the order. I called the staff at the keith st store and they said they cancelled the order because they close at 10 so they dont take doordash orders after 930. Well maybe someone should inform doordash ssothey will stop selling it past 930. Why would DD send another driver if Caesars is refusing to serve them. Very angry and frustrated at this whole situation.

I recommend not going to the Little Caesars in Cleveland TN. I hope all the managers read this because I told to 3 of them and nothing was done about it. I came in Sunday 6/29/25 at 9:30 to get 2 large pizzas and bread sticks, ok the little black headed girl took my order and as she took my order she ran to the back of kitchen then came back to tell me oh I’m sorry we can’t fulfill your order, I’m sorry. This was after she had already rung me up. Said she canceled my order but to this day I still have not got my refund for the pizza that ordered that was never given to me.I called the store several times talk to several managers and pretty much got the run around even from a district manager. I figure whoever that black headed girl is probably took that money and bought herself something nice with it. Like I said I hope all the managers and higher up see this review and check their employees at this location because they will rip you off. I will spread this all over Cleveland and the surrounding area . Someone needs their job taking away from them. I hope that $45 dollars did you well, karma will come back around.
