I'll drive a little farther to go to another Little Ceasar's. I don't have high expectations of customer service anymore at any restaurant. But this place doesn't even meet the most basic of expectations. Still, I would continue to be a patron of this place if it weren't for the poor food quality. I had half a pizza with no cheese on it last time. How does that even happen?

Normally we don’t have issues with this location but lately they’ve been ruining the food, such as the half pizza and sticks, by drenching it in oil. Makes it inedible. I called to tell them. No offer to replace food instead start talking another policies. Even told the lady on the phone that i had pictures proving the issue. Now I will add them here. Come on now. Take care of your customers. I can forgive mess ups. But having bad and unhelpful customer service is not. UPDATE: notice that business did not respond and try to make it right.

Order wings or pizza on the phone never can give a specific time to pick up usually get a rude answer. We have tried to overlook the lack of g.a.s. going on in this restaurant and can't believe that corporate hasn't checked in on the bad ratings others have given. We love the location because it's convenient but the wife we believe got food poisoning from wings she ordered and with her health issues we'll have to start using a different restaurant.

After order placed they call tell me out of bacon so we switch meats & after delivery person there they tell them they out of cheesy jalapeño. No refund offered so I have to call back after we receive order to get refund. Whole reason I order from there is the cheesy jalapeño dipping sauce. We couldn’t cxl order bc it was already made. That’s ridiculous.

We always get the slices and sticks and hardly ever is there anything left over for the next day. Everyone knows next day pizza is good too.

This place is absolutely horrible, manager was incredibly rude and refused to fix an order they messed up on and then refused to provide the owners name so we could speak to them directly.

The last 2 times I've gotten a pizza from here it has been completely burnt. I'm tired of going back up there to exchange it and wasting my gas money and time because the employees are too lazy and careless to make sure it's edible before putting it in the box. How do they keep getting away with this? I understand mistakes happen but this is not a mistake. They knowingly burn the pizza and still put it in the box to be sold.
