What did you do to the flavor it's oily nasty called store and the guy shift leader said it's the new way its made absolutely gross go back to making it the old way the service and atmosphere can't make up for the nasty taste and after taste

This location is very unsanitary and poorly maintained. I strongly advise against eating here. There’s also a viral video showing how their dough is delivered and handled, and it’s honestly disturbing. Please be cautious before ordering from this place. The video is showing an employee handling dough with no gloves, and the dough spilling onto a dirty car floor. That’s absolutely unacceptable. Please do not eat here — it’s a serious health concern. THIS IS THE PAUL HUFF PKWY LOCATION IN CLEVELAND TN.

I ordered ahead online. When I arrived it took a couple of minutes for someone to appear from the back, but the order was ready, made correctly and I was asked if I would like a bag for the two 2 liter drinks on my order. Overall, the experience was pleasant, the staff member was friendly and the pizza was exactly as ordered. I've not given 5 stars because I reserve that for exceptional products or service.

In the first place, the food which was pizza it was extremely good. I just have an affection for thin crust pizza with everything on it… Supreme? The crust was crispy and yet not so thick that it prevented me from tasting the meats and the vegetable toppings. Not much else you can say about a pizza. But it was very good. The service was a bit chaotic and somewhat disorganized, but I was in and out in decent time. The atmosphere I think added to the chaos and slow service. Otherwise I thought it was a pretty decent pizza. I tend to migrate towards Little Caesars.

Every single time we come to this branch it's the same BS. It's always a 15-20 minute wait no matter what day, time, or the order. I specifically asked for them to please cut the pizza not just the cheese and I literally still had to cut it myself. This place needs better management, I worked as a manager in 20 years ago and this stuff would not fly then so why does it now!?! Love little Caesars but I will go elsewhere and pay more for better quality!

Terrible. Crazy bread was like the size of tooth picks. Waited 20 mins for 2 pizzas and a crazy bread. Then they had the audacity to tell me it was going to be 10 more mins. I stepped in and said no thanks I have waited long enough. Gave me the next two. Bad service, bad food. Everything in Cleveland is awful.

The general manager here, I can't remember her name but she used to be at Taco Bell as well, I recognized her instantly because I do doordash! She is such a blessing. She is so kind, helpful, and makes me feel like a human being. Everytime I see her she's working hard and helping people. Having her there is the best decision this place made! Always a pleasure at this location specifically because they just treat me so well when I come in for orders. Thanks so much :)
